5 star service and communication. Both Luke and David were friendly and approachable from the very start. we used their services for both sale and purchase so really did have the full experience. We were looking to go with an online estate agents but so glad we didn't - we hit some road bumps through the process and they were excellent in advising and moving things forward for all parties - that takes dedication and loyalty - definitely have their heart in the job. Worth the extra in fees and they were competitively priced compared to others agents. Their expertise and local knowledge really is second to none.

The team at Beaumont Gibbs managed my rental property for 7 years as I’d moved away from the area. They’re courteous, professional and always resolved issues quickly and in the manner I requested. Their costs were reasonable and fair, and they always made sure the rent was paid on time and my house was looked after. Their choice of maintenance contractors was always good and I didn’t have any problems that they couldn’t resolve. They found good tenants quickly. David and Chloe are an excellent letting team and will look after the landlord and tenants. When I chose to sell the house they handled the sale too. Luke handled the sale very well, with excellent communication throughout. He knows the area and market like no one else. And he’s a nice guy too. I’d highly recommend Beaumont Gibbs, whether you’re a landlord, buying, selling or renting. Thanks guys, I’m grateful for all you’ve done for us over the years.

I first let my property with Acorn, plumsted Common in 2018. I had previously let with another agent in the area and ended up with an awful tenant. However, my experience with Acorn was second to none. Always kept on top of everything and absolutely never a single problem with the tenant. The management was fantastic and professional. When I decided to sell, Acorn were my go to agent. Their fees are fantastic for the service I received- I never felt worried or concerned about the process because they kept me informed the whole time. James and his team deserve 10/ 10 for their integrity , Professionalism, customer service and overall client dedication. Wholeheartedly recommend them for letting and selling.

My husband and I are first time buyers and haven’t had the best of luck getting on the property ladder. With James all of that changed, from the first time we viewed our property to exchange, he was very supportive and guided us through the entire process. With the surge of the market due to the stamp duty holiday, he’s been quite busy but there was never a time I called or emailed and didn’t get a response from James. It really put us at ease as buying your first property is very nerve wracking, especial in the current climate After trying to buy 2 times previously, we’re just so grateful to have finally become homeowners and to have been guided by such amazing professionals. Would really recommend listing your property with acorn and also buying a property from them, definitely one of the best London estate agents!

Moved into my new flat with the assistance of Nathaniel, fantastically professional, nothing hidden and everything laid out exactly as is. Took less than one month from viewing to moving in date. And even after they have checked in to ensure all things are okay. Highly recommend as a first time tenant/buyer.

I asked for the refund of my one week holding deposit and they turned deaf ears. According to them, said said i failed the right to rent due to income when i could prove my job status and savings. I offered to pay 6months up front rent and they rejected my offer. It's so frustrating how they treated me.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. The worst service I have ever experienced from an estate agency. They are very unprofessional, give false information, have extremely bad communication and are just outright bullies. They have fed me multiple lies through email and every time i address the lies with receipts, they fail to give an honest answer. Even ignored the landlord when he tried to ask what is going on. All i wanted to do was move rooms in the current house i live in, filled in the form they gave me and paid the holding fee. However they said they have given it to someone else behind my back! Even though I am already in the property and told them i wanted it a week before they put it on the market as well as being with the estate agent when they sent me the reservation form (meaning it was available). They have even told me that the person hasnt even sent them back the application yet (a whole week later) even though i did. They also lied and said the person came to view the property before me, which is a lie because they send us an email with 24hrs notice each time there is a viewing in the house. Avoid at all costs if you are a tenant or a landlord!! Save yourself the stress of having to deal with people who try and lie to cover their tracks and landlords should save themselves from having a long term tenant who is now unhappy and wants to leave due to the treatment from this agency.

Just moved to new place close to my work and I am more than happy. Quiet place, close to all shops, finally avoiding big traffic jams and people from Agency are very helpful with everything, hope it will be like that forever :-)

Due to COVID-19, was only with Greens Lettings for less than a year, but it has been a thoroughly great experience with them. When I couldn't travel down to collect my belongings, we arranged the cleaner to box up everything for my friend to collect on my behalf. Friendly, responsive and great understanding of circumstances. Quick communication with them throughout. Great price for the room too. Would highly recommend renting with them in the future.

A good name. But that's all. Very poor customer service. Overrated as an estate agency. Don't know the difference between Lodger and Tenant. Refuses to give you references that you pay for. Don't want to know, if you have any issues with the Lodger or tenant. In it for the money alone. Would never use their service again. You use an agent to get you good vetted lodger. But end up with tenant from hell. No reference provided until 3 days after Lodger has gone. He had to leave. Was asked too vacate the room in the home. You complain about the threatening behaviour you had and the state of the room. Told by one of the male agents. All you do is complain. He doesn't want to know. Told him. Will take the matter further. Then a reference is sent through on 31st March. Lodger was gone on 28th March. How do they justify this. Couldn't even get the dates correct. It was a 6 months contract. But 1 year was written on the Reference when finally received. Although giving out References is not their policy. Even when you are charged for it. Poor service.
