The are two types of estate agents in this world, those who care for only their fee; and those who genuinely care about your sale. Reed Rains of Plaistow, and especially Jon, fall fully into the latter. From the very beginning they were nothing but professional and helpful. It took one viewing to secure a sale (as they vet potential purchases for those who are actually interested and in a correct place to buy) and they held our hands throughout. Selling a home can be stressful but having genuine people like Jon and Greg on the team who, not only did their job, but went the extra mile each and every time. This is what you want in estate agent - not a flashy website or promises of "a large client base always looking to buy" but a team of people who will go the extra mile for you and who always have your corner. I'm not going to comment on price (its very good for the industry!) but I can assure anyone looking for an estate agent - you'll be getting a bargain by using Reed Rains. To remove some of the stress and always being on hand to answer any questions you have and to push when things need to be pushed while still being professional - that's what you're paying for. What a roller coaster ride my conveyancing process turned out to be..! 4 way chain plus Shared Ownership.. Solicitors not communicating, others in the loop over communicating.. mostly we were all running around in circles for over 6 months - stressed, anxious, angry, frustration, annoyance and a total feeling of hopelessness at the best of times.. but I have to say.. all throughout the Sale and Buy of our property.. Reed Rains were there holding our hands. We had Greg who was always fast and efficient on the phone to discuss matters.. and Jon, who held our unravelling string together with the utmost proficiency and professionalism.. oftentimes, Jon took the brunt of all the frustration but was always always pleasant and steadfast.. remaining cool, calm and collected throughout.. This is exactly what you need in an Agent to represent you, and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to call Jon and team.. he saved me many a meltdown..!

Having outgrown our house with growing children, we decided just after New Years this year to move to a bigger house. To get going, we had to decide whether we rent our current property (our first choice) or shall we sell it. We were in touch with Daniels Property Services, BR1 5HR to discuss both our options, and decided to sell. We worked with Sam Chung in the process and found them to be remarkable in their management. I first spoke to him really late (just before 6pm) in the first week of January, and Sam was over to see us at 6:30pm with a lot of useful information. We were able to sell the house in three working days from the time the house went live on the website. Due to COVID, the show arounds were arranged very well. We have two small children and we felt very safe in the number of show arounds Sam and Kevin arranged in the duration (and there were quite a few back to back). I found Sam to be very calm and professional in his dealing. A man of few words, and definitely knows what he is doing. I am sure that if I was selling my house again, I would be coming to Daniels and asking for Sam. I also want to thank Nicola Macdonald who dealt with the after sales process on behalf of Daniels. We went through a roller coaster ride in our journey to purchase and Nicola was absolutely on the ball on a day to day basis to keep the process moving and hold our purchasers, while we sorted the purchase of our next house. Another amazing professional to deal with who was always available to speak on the phone till really late in the evening. The one thing that I really appreciated throughout the process was the breathing space they both gave us to make our minds up. They would advise and let us decide which is not what I experienced with some other agents. I work with one of the leading real estate companies in UK and understand the tricks of the industry. We had bought our current house via Daniels in 2008 and are really happy that we decided to sell via them 13 years later, now in 2021.
