Had a really good experience looking for a flat with D&G, especially with Alfie who was nothing but persistent and cheerful in helping us continue to look for a places after an offer we submitted stalled! He would call me up when he was on site at a place he thought may be a good fit, just to show me around and keep our options as broad as possible. Michael was great too, really responsive in keeping us up to date on the state of our offer. Highly personable and motivated team, shame we didn't end up being able to let with them but hopefully in the future.

Our agent, Sophia, was incredibly responsive and a key factor to why the deal for our current home went so well. Our situation was very time sensitive and her proactive attitude proved to be invaluable for getting our offer accepted by the landlord. Even after moving in, she has continuously offered support outside of the scope of her responsibilities which has been greatly appreciated.

My boyfriend & I used Jackson Stops when finding a flat to rent in Pimlico. We have been extremely satisfied with the service from start to end, and in particular with Alice. She has been super helpful, professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Even though we put our search on pause during lockdown, Alice picked things back up straight away once we were ready to look again. After we found somewhere we liked, Alice was then great at communicating between us & the landlord, and really prompt at sending over any documents etc. We have now moved into our new flat and are so pleased with it. I would put zero star if I could. They're truly dishonest, if you rent with them don't count on seeing your deposit back.

Very poor service. One of those places where they are super friendly and helpful at the start, once they get the sale done, they don’t reply to emails. When entering the house - I didn’t get the inventory confirmed until I was already in the house, so I had brought things that where already in the house, and didn’t bring other that were not included). Obviously they did not take responsibility for any of this. When leaving the house - they didn’t reply my checkout emails for over 15 days... Avoid them. There are plenty of more decent agencies around.

Fails information in ads, only found out at the last minute at the moment we were about the sign the paperwork. We were looking for an appartment and contacted several Foxtons offices for viewings on their listings. Some were helpful, but the one from Foxtons Pimlico & Westminster Estate Agents where highly unprofessional. Right before we signed everything (literally a few minutes away), they suddenly said "oh btw, you need to allow the landlord or agent to come visit with some people interested in buying the property for about 2-3 times a week". We already had all our documents sne dover to foxtons, including pasports, income statements etc and did the viewing and then they suddenly announce this 'detail' in their eyes right before were about to sign. I called with the manager of the office and he said he would solve the situation and call me back in 20 minutes (they had my phone number and had previously called me back on something when they still pretended everything about the property was normal). In the end, about a week later, no contact at all. We've been mislead, straight out lied to, and even the manager fails to act professionally. Maybe it's just this Foxtons Pimlico & Westminster Estate Agents office, but for us we wouldn't recommend Foxtons to anyone.

I was looking for a rental and in the end I didn’t make one, but I wanted to give some feedback to help others. If you look for a short term rental, be a little bit careful what you accept. They will probably tell you they don’t do viewings on short term rentals, and it’s “like airbnb”. Well, it’s not really like Airbnb because there’s no feedback system. They are free to sell you in whatever manner they wish in order to make a sale, and once they have your money there’s not a lot you can do. They will tell you that the flat is in good condition, but they won’t guarantee it at all. Behind the scenes, there is a foxtons branch that has the keys and then there is the rep that wants to make the sale, who might be at a different branch. You will have a better chance of seeing the place before renting if you go to the closest branch. Otherwise the rep might not want to make the trip. So, by all means rent from Foxtons but do your homework and remember it’s not “like airbnb”.

I had a great experience renting with Foxtons, our agent Angelika Nikolajeva was very professional and very helpful during the renting process, she was quick in giving us replies and from the first view we already had our eyes on our perfect home. I think that only because of her attitude we managed to rent this house...even during COVID she managed to be very efficient, focused on giving best service. The Hamptons Pimlico team have been responsive and professional from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and they provided a great deal of help getting the property ready for the new tenants as I was not in London. I cannot recommend them more highly.

We contacted Dolphin Square about viewing any available apartments, and Alberto was extremely helpful and efficient. We were able to view some apartments that same day and also come back a few days later to see some more. Overall our experience as been welcoming and easy. We have moved in and were able to do everything quickly. Alberto was able to answer all my questions in regards to the apartment(s), the building and the facilities, and he was greeted by the residents as we viewed the properties.

Couldn’t recommend Dolphin Square more! All the staff are really helpful, amazing facilities in terms of the pool, gym, tennis/squash courts and classes, and all for a reasonable price within zone 1. Unlike usual private landlords, they’re flexible on move in dates. This means you avoid the dreaded double paying for rent which usually occurs when moving houses. They also ‘touch the properties up’ before you move in so it feels like a brand new home.

I have lived in a garden-facing flat in Dolphin Square for two years and half. It is a tranqil residence amid the hectic London. Some reasons to recommend: 1. Good location with convenient traffic 2. Responsive service when something needs be fixed 3. Sufficient heating service 4. On site gym with trainers, arcade, garden and restaurant provide all you need. 5. Low council tax and electricity bill. Very suitable for the tenants who have clear living duration. Enjoy!

I have been a resident at Dolphin Square for a few years now and I must say the service they offer is impressive. Recently, I moved flat and Natalia from the lettings team has honestly been a star! She’s helped throughout the whole process, with her professionalism and kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Moreover, the gardens are always well taken care of and security is always around to make you feel safe. It’s like living in the perfect place! Highly recommend it.

We viewed a flat to rent which we liked, and were rushed, hassled, and pushed to put an offer in as soon as possible. This offer we were told to put down was alot higher than the proposed price when we viewed the flat itself. This was made to feel incredibly urgent, despite us telling the agent that we did not want to rush. She would call every 30 mins asking for updateds, not respecting us saying we could not always be on our phones while working. We ended up putting in an offer which was above the original asking price stated when we viewed, but below the price demanded by the agent once we stated our interest. We did not hear anything back since making the offer at all. This is despite sending numerous emails, calling over 10 times, leaving messages with numerous members of staff. We still haven't heard anything back (over 1 month has gone by now!). I would not trust Marsh and Parsons to be my letting agent after how we were treated.

Worst experience ever. They are all jolly until you sign, then expect them to not answer your calls when you arrive in a disgusting flat with everything from the oven not working, to the cupboards falling apart. If you are looking to be scammed, please be their guest... after being fooled into signing a 3 year contract I am happily out. Oh and M&P spare me the "We are sorry about your experience" response. This is direct to anyone you will try to fool next.

I could have been scammed, the result would have been the same. Worst experience I could ever imagine. Extremely unprofessional. They made me pay rent 6 months in advance. Upon arrival the flat was filthy, everything was broken and place in such way that it wouldn't look it... a complete sham. And lets not begin to talk about the agent in charge of the flat. I wonder if she's even working. never get answers to my emails. Whenever I call she's somehow not in office yet. A total waste of my money. Sort it out Marsh & Parsons. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY.

Very nice agency until you sign the contract then they will scam you in different way (extra fee, wrong dates). I had a leak in my room and could not sleep there. I got no compensation neither a sorry.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Because of my health condition I can’t wear a mask in current situation, this afternoon I went to ask for Paul (apparently the owner of estate agent) while I was holding the door and I wasn’t even inside the office a very rude teenage boy from behind desk back of office ask me to wear my mask as I explained I’m exception, but they ask me I most show them my medical record without even asking me what my inquiry and middle age man look like a manager with very impolite way kick me out just because I didn’t wear mask, I was trying to let them list my property for sale, so lucky I didn’t
