A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I've been with these guys for around 4 years and over two different flats. They're an absolutely amazing team, they're very helpful and always responsive. They charge reasonably, as opposed to majority of agencies, and it's worth every penny - all the documents and procedures were safely in place and thanks to that I have not had any problems. They're also very friendly and caring, you can tell the team there is like a family and that they've worked together long. Unlike all the 'highly impersonal' dealings I've had with agents over the years the team at PG pays attention to people as individuals and this makes a huge difference. After all, it is your home they help you rent (in my case), and it is very personal. I have now moved in with my partner and do not require agency any more, but I will definitely be coming back when I'm ready to buy a property. Highly recommended. Natalia

We recently purchased our first home and our experience with Cuffley Banks has been great. Pawan Sharma was our agent. He was very helpful and professional all through the process. He gave us a number of house viewings, gave guidance on making offers, answered a lot of questions patiently, provided us with relevant contacts on Solicitors, Surveyers, and Building Contractors and arranged a number of site visits for our contractors. He handled difficult situations and conversations regarding timeline for completion and pricing etc professionally and found an amicable solution at the end. Overall very happy with our house purchase process - thanks to Pawan!

With reference to the sale of my property I would like to say thank you for your unsurpassed service; from valuation to completion I felt I had your undivided attention in every step even though I knew you had other clients to deal with. I really liked the way you organised the 13 viewings in one day which allowed me to have minimum disruption at home by having booked appointments on separate days. Another thanks goes to when you and your colleague took the time to explain some issues I had in the house I am intending to purchase over a cup of tea. My search for a trustworthy estate agent continues. After being given the typical sales spiel by the agents, I was lied to by the agents. The agent I dealt with, was happy to tell me the amounts others had offered on the properties - which I'm fairly sure isn't allowed. I suspect they did the same with my offer. Ultimately I missed out on the property, which happens, but I feel that I was a bit of a pawn for Brendon's, and will most certainly avoid them in future.

Brendons are outstanding! More specifically, Matt Atack, Director, is the man to have on your side. We had a very difficult time finalising the sale of our flat; more stops than starts due to covid. No matter how frustrating things got, Matt never gave up. He was always on the other side of the phone, chasing up outstanding actions and updating us promptly. We never felt out of the loop, our line of communication was always open with Brendons. Compared to a standard sale, ours took more than double the amount of time and work, but Matt never stopped pushing the buyers. Thank you Matt for being a super star and going above and beyond! We got there in the end and can now move on to finding our new family home.

Brendons (Ed and Matt) were the agents for the vendors of the place we were buying. They were much better than a lot of other agents we dealt with. They didn't bombard us with unnecessary calls, they were responsive and acted as an efficient conduit between us and their clients and were always polite. They also facilitated access to the property which we greatly appreciated.
