Hassle free renting experience I had a smooth, hassle-free renting experience with Folio so far! Our letting agent Wesley was very kind and patient to help me out at each step of the way! From the virtual viewing to the contract signing, everything was great. I highly recommend them! :)

Typical London agency for decent priced properties across the whole of the city. Great level of support by the property manager called Hannah.H, she is always there and (most importantly) happy to answer calls and emails, without any ambiguity - she has helped with all queries throughout COVID too. She is one of the main (top) reasons that Folio London deserves 5 stars. For these reasons, would consider extending the contract for a longer period of time.

This is our second time moving within the Royal wharf community and Wesley was our sales contact the first time we moved here and he helped us again to look for a new property again. He was so helpful and attentive. Whenever you call or message him, he will always make sure to respond and help. He is very efficient and anyone that will be in contact with him will not be disappointed! Thanks Wesley for helping us find a nice property!

This was by far the best real estate experience I've ever had. The sales consultant Wesley was really customer-friendly and did an amazing job. I've seen a lot of salespeople from other estate agencies & from several other flat buildings and he has been the best person to deal with.
