After dealing with 6 estate agents when finding new commercial premise for our clinic London Body Centre the frustration was beyond acceptable. Then I found a premise online and it was Key estate agents. With trepidation I called key, cringing at having to deal with yet another awful estate agent. HOW WRONG I WAS! From the very first phone call, the viewings the access for the surveyor and builders, the negotiations, the conveyancing, the welcome smile and personable conversations. I was and still dumbfounded - An estate agent who is honest and trustable and works for both sides to get this deal over the line. WOW WOW WOW Thank you so so so so much to all the team at Key for riding me of the negative association I have developed for estate agents - and VERY WELL DONE. There is no competition for at least a 10 mile radius - trust me I have dealt with them all and they are so awful its laughable. We sold our property with Key Property Consultants In March 2021 and from start to finish had a wonderful smooth transaction. Gary was our sales agent and was extremely helpful at all times and made sure to update us with every detail about the progress of our sale. Never once did we have to chase for anything and given the current demand with property at the moment I think that’s a pretty huge deal.
