He was very professional, friendly, and had a great attitude -- knowledgeable abut properties. Unfortunately our search is taking us outside London so we won't be buying anything from him, but I would surely recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. The agents at Taylor Gibbs helped us move homes during the pandemic, and they were the nicest agents we have ever come across (thank you Miles and John!). I'm calling Chancellors for two days by now, after the landlord signed off the deposit release, and everyone is telling me it's not their job. Neither they answer my emails.

Athena was super helpful in helping me find properties in the Highgate area that fit within my budget. She was very responsive on email and also really flexible with viewing times and I found her to be very accommodating in general. She was also very honest! A trait I've found to be generally lacking in estate agents, so it was really refreshing meeting her and I would highly recommend! :-)

Paul, Matthew, Adam and the rest of the team could not have been more helpful with the sale of our flat. They were always polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly during viewings. Property hunting is always difficult. I was working with number of real estate companies simultaneously to find a property that would suit our needs. I had a chance to work with Alice Maynard from Anscombe & Ringland and through out our property hunting journey she was super accommodating and very easy to work with. I was impressed by her follow ups when we were trying to find a place, and even more impressed with the follow through once we signed the lease. All in all, I can't think of anything better she could have done. My experience with the real estate company was unique to my interaction with her, and for that I think they deserve 2 thumbs up (or 5 stars). I will definitely use these guys again. I didn’t sell through G&H, so this is a buyer’s experience and I can’t comment on their fees, etc. As a buyer, I found that they understood our requirements better than other agents in the area, showed us a curated selection of immediately relevant properties, and were not spammy or pushy. Nathan Taylor at the Highgate office was our main point of contact, and he worked tirelessly to help get our transaction from offer through to a successful exchange, despite a few tricky roadblocks along the way during the conveyancing process. He was always responsive, even out of hours, and made sure that any miscommunications or information blocks between solicitors were resolved quickly.
