Andreas was appointed to our purchase case, he helped with negotiations between us and the seller, tracked the progress, updated everyone, resolved all problems, removed all obstacles, and facilitated all our appointments to view, visit or to book the surveyors. All other agents we encountered and spoke to were ok. Just watch out for one particular agent named Patricia who was very unprofessional and unresponsive during the last days of our tenancy. She basically stopped communicating and resfused to speak to us when we were politely asking for some important matters after our tenancy ended. On top of that she even tried to take our hard earned deposit money good thing we won against the rob off they wanted from the dispute..

Barnard Cook did a valuation which was based on their good knowledge of the area. Subsequently Paul Coomber couldnt have been more helpful in the sales process. He answered all questions promptly and kept me informed at every stage. He went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended.

Chris and his team are a really professional people, putting a lot of effort on quality of the service, showing and serving real status of the properties and always ready to answer on potential tenants questions. One of the worst professional experiences I have ever had in my life. I dealt with Klaudia; on the move in date, my deposit for the flat was doubled and I could not afford it. She was extremely rude to me and my partner. Definitely would not recommend. Avoid to save yourself an extreme hassle

Klaudia was a great agent. No issues from beginning to end of tenancy. Any technical problems with the room that did occur during my stay was dealt with when reported immediately. Would recommend!
