A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. James and his team at Martin & Co Crystal Palace recently helped us sell two properties within six months - both rather challenging transactions, for various reasons, but Martin & Co's advice, support , reassurance and communication was excellent throughout. With the first property (a 2-bed house) we actually put it on the market with both a much bigger local agency AND Martin & Co, and were impressed to get more than double the number of viewings with M&Co (and far superior photography) compared to the other agency. Would highly recommend :-)

Martin & Co Crystal palace were our seller's agents, and we are so thankful that they were! I have had mostly negative past experiences of estate agents in the past unfortunately (including our own selling agent), but this branch of Martin & Co (Director James Gough in particular) were a pleasure to deal with - never thought I'd say this about any estate agent! From initial viewing, through to completion they were incredibly helpful, genuine, and communication was great. We had several delays from our side, issues with some paperwork, leases etc, and a VERY nervous seller so not an easy sale, but James really went the extra mile to ensure that the sale completed amicably, and that ALL parties were happy and kept updated on developments / issues. James was so helpful and I can't recommend him / this branch enough. IF we sell in the future, we will definitely be using them, and will recommend them to friends & family (and your good self). Thank you Martin & Co Crystal Palace for all your hard work.

Martin & Co were very easy to deal with as buyers. They were communicative and kept the process moving along at a good pace. Jack showed us around 2 lovely properties in a charismatic fashion. Vincent was incredibly friendly, funny, and proactive over the phone. So much so, that even after I had made an offer on a property, I wanted to go along to the viewing he arranged, just to hang out with him. I wish them both the best in their promising futures.

This review is specifically for the lettings team. They have found amazing tenants for my property and I hope that they can do so for the foreseeable future. I would especially like to give a shout out to Vincent Bui who has provided a really good customer experience. He has gone above and beyond to get things done for me. Even on a sick day off he responded and got me what I needed. If they can get the property management team to be on his level then I think Acorn would really have an amazing overall package, maybe that's something for Vincent to consider! Its all about being proactive rather than reactive and Vincent has that covered.

Warning fake reviews! - evidence below - Conrad Fox are ignoring multiple emails calls and voicemails from tenants, ignoring basic maintenance. The landlord Aart-Jan Timmer has assets of £8.5 million and I’m not sure he’s aware that Diane is ignoring so much that is going to end up costing more in the long term. The level of service is truly shocking, multiple service/repairs simply ignored. Diane is a part owner of this company. One of the developments they rent is actually pictured here. However, I’m not sure whether or not the landlord is aware but a significant amount of maintenance has not been done. They paint of a mold, and what it looks like a luxury property is actually falling apart. There is a review here from Paige Timmers and Joshua parsons which is in fact a conflict of interest. Look up YELLOW BRICK DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED on companies house. Company number 03153538, Aart-Jan Timmers is related, and that is his daughter and her partner (Joshua and Paige also both have reviews and photos from Cape Town South Africa, which is where the owner is from). This is not a coincidence.

Honestly an appalling level of service from Diane The manager who is quite incompetent. At the moment there’s a property with 30% vacancy, people have moved out. Multiple voicemails and messages left ignored for months. I literally don’t know if the owners of this agency know what the hell she’s doing, but literally driving people out. Imagine one poor woman spent 12 weeks without a Hot water. It’s actually so crazy that people started moving out in droves. Stay away from Conrad Fox. Edit: I don’t want to publicly state an address and put people at risk. But unless they have multiple properties where they are allowing people to spend 12 weeks without hot water, they know exactly which one this is about. After response below, just checked and find it ironic CF replied so promptly to a negative review, yet haven’t responded to emails sent months ago; let a residents stay without basic services or maintenance for months and sometimes years driving people out.

Very disappointed in Conrad Fox agency, was denied to rent a property as my father doesn't speak English. I was very happy to be his contact number for any problems, but was denied to do so. Felt very discriminated just because his English is basic and very poor. Extremely unhappy and disgusted by the Conrad Fox policy. Just lost a customer, as in all his 40years of renting, never missed a payment.
