We had an amazing experience looking for a rented house with Julian. He understood what we needed, took us to multiple properties in an hour, one after the other. In one day we found the house we liked and booked it the next morning. There was no cunning that you find with some other letting agents and it was a really pleasant experience.

Thank you to Mark Howson, Northwood who made it possible for us to get our sale over the line. After being on the market with another agent and having a buyer who was apparently a cash buyer and transpired into someone who required a mortgage which didn’t happen after 6 months we moved to Robsons. I successfully sold my mothers house through Robsons. I first spoke to the branch manager Mark Howson who demonstrated an acute knowledge of the area and specifically the road where the house was located. He seemed to be well acquainted with the buying communities in the area and how they approached buying. The agency was able to call upon an instant pool of buyers without too much marketing (we had no board at the front of the house). He passed me over to Liam O'Shea, once the viewings started and Liam continued the excellent service. Liam is extremely experienced and works really hard to engage with buyers and sellers. Communication was outstanding as Liam would call me with any news he had and he ensured all parties maintained the momentum of the transaction throughout the chain. It has been important to have this level of assurance during these difficult times and I would definitely recommend Robsons.

I was enquiring specifically about potentially renting on a private road/what are my best options in terms of safety during Covid. Suffice to say my expectations were met tenfold! I was placed under Luke Benton's care, and he didn't think twice about going above and beyond to answer all my queries in a timely manor so I wanted to say thank you!

Absolutely diabolical from start to finish with this Northwood branch. They ignore emails, never return phone calls and once they had been selected for selling our late parents property communication was non existent. No help at all. Over a week later of new owners moving in they still havent submitted final meter reading to our solicitor. 11 phone calls later and still no response. Disgusting service!

Worst experience ever, most unprofessional as Manager at the time july 2019-Jan 2020 stopped all potential buyers from seeing my property knowing fully well that the offer we had was subject to our buyers selling their property which we were not told. We were informed they had nothing to sell and it would be a quick sale and I only found out they had a property to sell by mistake but the continual lies and delays by Chancellors did not cease and almost 10m later we pulled out costing me thousands in solicitors fees etc. They also broke all GDPR rules on numerous occasions and gave out my personal email address to our buyers. I informed their Head Office but to date no response. You have been warned and if you use them do so at your own risk.

Really upset and fustrated at the way Cancellors Northwood are looking after by my partner and I at our last rental property. Lack of internal communication and professionalism.

They have a great team in Northwood. I have recently dealt with Tommy Langford and Jack Backhouse. They are both very helpful and extremely polite. I needed information on a few properties and they both were more than happy to help. Going above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t recommend the branch and themselves enough. They are a credit to chancellors estate agents.

As a young student trying to make it out there in the world, this company was a blessing to me when trying to find somewhere to live in chaotic and busy London. The process of renting was very smooth, the landlord was extremely attentive and all of our issues were dealt with immidiately and professionally.
