Selling a house can be traumatic at the best of times - let alone in a pandemic - so we are very pleased that we chose Tony and Paul to handle our sale. Their professionalism was clear from the outset. Unlike other agencies, they set a realistic asking price and then worked flat out to get a sale (STC) in days. From then on they supported us throughout the process. They kept us informed of all developments and when we had questions they were always available by email and phone. We were so lucky we bought a property sold by Tony Paul Estate Agents. I received so much support during the process from the viewing to completion. Tony was very proactive and was sending regular updates via email - he was often a step ahead our broker or solicitor and was making sure the sites are not going around in circles. Scammers, take the deposit to keep the house, then ask for endless papers to verification till the point you give up renting, then they go to the next victim, with some external verification company, I found another agency and took few days all the verification process that didn't ask for any money to keep the house until the affordability checks get done, is understandable that is a scamming company as much as they can. Avoid at all costs!

Poorly dealt with from start to finish. Unprofessional “staff” who do not follow through and drop the ball at key stages. Would avoid using this establishment at all costs.

I would like to say that Bennet Holmes Northolt has been a positive experience for me in this stressful time of trying to sell my property. The representative Sophie Rose Walker has been an absolute star and was very supportive and highly professional from start to finish with this process I truly believe it wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for her professional attitude and calm nature she was always available and when she was busy she would return my call or email and was reassuring with the process. Good afternoon, We have tried to rent an apartment with this agency and we had to pay a deposit for holding the property for us . However the references they have received didn’t math their criteria and they refused out offer without saying the reason . Secondly the haven’t refund the full amount, holding 48£ for referencing . I am not sure what was the reason for refusing , they did not give us an explication. So be careful when you book with them because they might not give the full amount back if any issues happen. I never had issues renting a house and leave without any explication.

Avoid. I’ve dealt with a few agents and this is by far the worst I’ve experienced. Service and communication is awful and they are also time wasters. Hopefully the service improves after receiving this review.
