Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

3 bedroom house on Sudbury Town area listed by another 2 agency at £1550 pm and the same house listed by this people at £1650 pm with only 2 pictures to put people in error. Also they are organising viewings for a house with people tenants inside and another 10 people outside waiting to see the house. On this pandemic restrictions they don't care about the rules, they only care about the money. Disgusting

Me and my partner went for a property viewing with evergreen estate agent and would say we wouldn’t recommend anyone to actually use their service because we’ve found that it’s disrespectful, rude and lack of leadership.The agent named Pradeep divakara Told us that he is the landlord of the house we’re seeing. But his behaviour was suspicious and it caught our attention of not believing it that he’s actually own the property. On the phone after the viewing he immediately said we aren’t working adults (for unknown dodgy reason) and was insulting that we might have criminal records that need to go through a DBS. We then come to an agreement which we’d provide all the documents he required and we required a copy of ID and the proof of certification of the property ownership)He Then said he’d declined this (because he’s nothing to prove) every tenants hold the right to know what’s their landlord name and the home address of the landlord. We then search for the property owner name on HM land registry which comes out to be jasper Holmes limited. I will report this to the PRS not certainly making a complaint but to let them acknowledge about this incident and would like to create awareness for people who’d like to use their company at the first time

We were in contact with Pradeep Divakara at evergreen estate agents  who was extremely helpful and professional. The team was incredibly responsive, even out of office hours, in order to facilitate the process as quickly and as easily as possible. They have been very understanding in regards to all our requests / enquiries and were happy to go beyond the call of duty in order to making us put at ease within the process. I would say that they exhibited a high level of patience and professionalism necessary. Would definitely recommend, and would be happy to collaborate with them again!
