Stay away at all cost. They have lied to us about a buyer just so we didn't accept another offer. At the end, they had no-one and we lost on the place we were due to buy. They will lie to you making you believe anything. Just con artists....

Terrible dodgy estate agency. Fake tenancy contracts. Stay away from them. They will steal your money and offer you an unsafe place, as it happened to me. Disgusting.

In almost 30 years of buying ,selling and renting both residential and commercial property I can safely say that Hiltons have the most appalling customer service I have encountered. I called them to request a financial statement on my property, despite repeated conversations with Uzma who deals with these , it's now been two weeks and I am still waiting for a simple report that any accounting software would generate in a matter of minutes . SHAMEFUL !!!

I am always kept informed of progress. Their level of efficiency and professionalism is next to none. Clearly they very good knowledge of local area. Definitely not the pushy type. They were rude to my fiancee.. unsure if they have issues with women calling them and enquiring but my fiancee was made to feel like she was a hindrance and a waste of their time.. When she was trying to arrange an urgent booking as we were looking to buy and have no chain! They need some lessons in customer relations. When I ran the Greenford Haart office I never lost out on a listing to them even though I charged between 1.5-1.75% against their 1% as they just can't do customer service well.

MFS estates agent have always been excellent on communication especially Ciana. If not by email then by phone. Prompt response and always helpful. Ciana respond to queries fairly quickly and provide comprehensive information. Top class service Thank you for your help in the past.

The team at Ashford's are by far the best agency in London - let alone Southall. My recent dealings with the guys - Dilraj and Maninder have always been very professional and the service first class. Manner-less staff who do not know how to conduct themselves. What I don't understand is how they're still trading. If they gave their staff proper training before sending them out to conduct business, they'd have a better rating. Honestly, never see such pathetic excuse for human beings.
