For years I have kept an apartment on the side to accommodate visiting friends and family over the years. But 2020 was unlike any other year and I wanted to mitigate potential financial risks as best as I could. So when my last set of relatives moved out in late October, I called upon Malay at Albert Grace to help get my property ready for the rental market. I knew it was going to be challenging to turn this project around quickly given the country was about to head into a second national lockdown, but Malay assured me he'd get the job done. And a good job he did. In one week Malay's builders team completed the refurbishment and within another ten days of promoting, both on- and offline within his own network, the apartment was successfully let at the original asking price! As an all-inclusive property management letting agent, Malay takes away any likely hassle that may be associated with renting out a property. Aside from his efficiency and friendly attitude, what I find most valuable in Malay is his vast experience in the property market, which helps investors like myself to avoid unforeseen pitfalls and identify opportunities never considered before. I am sure this won't be the last property I ask Malay to manage for me and look forward to engaging his service again and again as I expand my property portfolio.

Nice company

First time and a nice company with friendly and helpful staff. Very interesting to see what they all make. Then you'll find out where all the products in stores come from. For a smaller location, they still have a very neat canteen where you, as a driver, can still get a sandwich or something to drink. They can certainly send me back to this, even though it is a long drive all the way to the other side of the country.

Good lighters and very good service. Recently had a number of lighters that broke down quickly, really within two days. Very quick response and offered very good service in itself that was not asked for. Was just the intention to inform them of a possibly bad party.
