We finished our tenancy on 19/04/2018 and until this day 05/06/2018 they did not give back our deposit, don't reply e-mails and say that the only branch that can solve the issue is 1 hour away from our home, when we have one just next door. I would never rent a place managed by them again. Oh, look at that! They replied to me! 2 years later! hahahahah

My Family and I where looking for a nice Apartment with a Car Park. Ricardo did an amazing Job and showed us the Properties and also accommodated our request for the right property. Unfortunately we got an apartment with an other Agency with 2 Car Parks, but I am writing this as Ricardo was very Friendly and helpful and also very professional to help us and without him we would not have seen this Building and may have not get the right Apartment, even with another Agency. So all our Thanks is going to Ricardo, who is a really good asset to this Company.
