This company was utterly horrible to work with. Every time we reached out seemed like it was everyone’s first day on the job. 6 months to reply to a complaint, had to get the property ombudsman involved. 8 weeks for heating and cooling to work (which was known but not disclosed until AFTER we signed). Was told the landlord did not want to pay for repairs. 4 different property managers, had to chase constantly for answers or help. Over a month to get our deposit back. 30 days to fix a broken glass wall. Even emailed their “CEO” but did not receive a response. Such a lack of communication and work ethic. Read the reviews, there is a consistent theme of horrible experiences with the Nine Elms office. Matt Spencer and his Nine Elms team gave us a horrible experience and I would NOT recommend their service to a renter or a landlord.

Johns and Co helped me finding an amazing flat where we’ve been living for the past year. Louis showed us around plenty of different 2 beds and wasn’t until the last day that they managed to get us an even better flat then what we were hoping. Since then the maintenance and management from Matthew Spencer has been excellent. From arranging quick repair when needed to helping with is with the move in process and constant support. You’re in good hands with Johns and Co 👍🏻👍🏻

I started my search to buy a flat a little over a year ago, and was working with Ashley Haase from Johns&Co all throughout that period. I cannot recommend Ashley enough. As a first time buyer, he managed to help me with all my questions, provide relevant insight on the market, setup the right viewings and cover all the different aspects / features of the property. Ash was critical in making the process much less stressful (which it can always be for a first time buyer!). He is extremely diligent, professional, and ensures he is prioritizing your requirements / asks. At the same time, Ash was super friendly and very responsive. It has been an extremely pleasant experience working with Ash. When finally settled on a flat, he helped through the negotiation phase, all the way up to completion, and even heavily after that. Thank you to Johns&Co and a special thank you to Ash!

My sister and I worked with Omar and Knight Frank to rent a flat in Chelsea, London. Omar provided us with the most efficient and best possible experience in renting a unit, showing his professionalism and reliability. Even with an 8 hour time difference, due to being in California prior to our move, Omar answered every email/text immediately keeping us up to date on properties coming onto the market. Being in the US we weren’t able to tour the flat but Omar helped immensely by supplying us with photographs, videos and information that made it almost equal to actually viewing it in person!! The entire process was enjoyable and throughout Omar kept amazing communication. Upon arrival to the U.K., Omar ensured our check in to our new home was effortless and he went above and beyond to meet our expectations. For any future rentals or possible investments into homes we will 100% be working with Knight Frank and hopefully Omar again!!

A great experience for us selling our flat. We had sensible guidance on price, fees were competitive and the service was stellar. Andrew & Keir are extremely professional, super responsive and always available for advice and support with regard to our onward plans. They also took great care with our flat in what was a difficult time to be showing homes. I can 100% recommend.

Customer service is shocking from this company, over the past 7 days I’ve tried endlessly to make contact about trying to rent an apartment, from the enquiry forms on their website, to phoning the numerous different numbers they have. No replies what so ever! I’m literally wanting to give you guys over £30k a year and you’re not interested. I’m not sure what it takes to try and get a viewing and actually rent here, as far as I can see it is impossible. This awful customer service makes me extremely suspicious that the vast amount of these “5 star ratings” are in fact fake. I spoke to someone in the convenience shop at the entrance to the building and they re-iterated that they are notorious for ignoring people, including when actual tenants have an issue within their apartment. After the experience I’ve had I would proceed with extreme caution with this company. And that’s if you’re even lucky enough to make contact!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY!!!! They will RIP YOU OFF. You will NEVER get you FULL deposit back.. They will find anything to take your money and fund their operation. 1. They deduct for fair wear and tear. You fill fight them in a TDS dispute. 2. You will use professional cleaners at the end of your tenancy. They will claim that you didn't. You will fight them. 3. If you damage anything, expect a hefty repair quote. However, when you move in it's quite obvious they aren't intersted in giving you a perfectly clean unit or fixing everything from the previous tenant. 4. They harass you for eveything. Property checks, winter garden checks, electric outlets and power checks, drainage and plumbing checks, heating and cooling checks. You're constanlty sending photos/making appointments and having to deal with people. 5. Moving out is a complete hassle and once checkout is complete they basically ban you from the property. It's unprofessional. If possible, rent directly from an owner so you can feel more at home and at peace as a legal resident in an expensive development! We have friends here who rented directly from owners and had a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. It made us feel like we were missing out on something better whilst PAYING MORE MONEY. *** YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ***

100% AVOID THEM. Unresponsive, Unprofessional and absolutely no care for their tenants. I would give them 0 stars but there is no option to do that. I am currently a tenant at one of the properties managed by JLL and honestly, this is one of the worst experience I have had in my life. They are only helpful when you are initially renting a property from them after which they become extremely unresponsive. 2 years, I am waiting for them to fix issues around my flat. 2 years guys!. we had no heating in our property for 1.5 years and we sent them multiple emails which they didn't respond to. In the end we had to buy our own heaters and pay extra electricity bill because they never fixed the issue. If they did end up replying, they will not actually fix the problem and just buy time. I have dealt with 4 property managers over the last 2 years, all of which did nothing to actually fix the issues at the property. They just kept asking me to email them again and again. I am 100% sure they will ask me to email them below after this negative review, HOWEVER, I HAVE ALREADY EMAILED THEM OVER 2 YEARS, DOZENS OF TIMES. They claim that property manager has left the job and new one is coming. Under normal circumstances, I would understand that, however, They have now said this to me 4 times with a new property manager every time. Most recently, they asked me to write all the issues again because the last property manager has left, yet the person asking me to write all the issues again was CC'd on each email from the beginning. I would 100% avoid them specially if you are thinking of renting long term. There are much better agencies out there which are professional and helpful. TO JLL: Do NOT ask me to email you the issues, you already have a list of each of them. Numbered and in bullet points. I don't know how much more specific I can be. 2 years I have been emailing you.

Horrible horrible agency. They are lazy and unresponsive. I wish I could give zero stars. Do NOT rent from this agency. Extremely unprofessional. Left emails that required urgent help for months then made up excuses on why they had not responded. Very difficult to communicate with. Tried to take deposit for little reasons. Do not trust this agency.

They are the best real estate agency I have come across in London, and I think I have dealt with all of them. Very professional, helped during all the process up to exchange. The process was very slow because of unexpected issues but they have handled things perfect and I manage to purchase the flat. I strongly recommend them. I was a first time buyer and they have guided me and advised me properly. Wish all real estate agents would be the same.
