A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. If I could give them no stars, I would! These people are clueless and unreliable. I have lost a lot of money because of them. I went through court to sort out the problems they allowed to arise, stupid school errors that could have avoided.

Bad communication. Went early and punctual for a viewing and was told the landlord/tenants were unavailable. Josh properties should have double checked with landlord early morning to confirm but no they did not. They need to communicate at every point so these kinds of issues does not happen.

FAST, FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT service provided by the team. I was in bad terms with my previous Land Lord and was unable to find a place for me and my family and thats during 1st lock down!!
