They're first viewing produced an offer and from then onwards they were excellent at progressing the sale and handling the several issues that arose. It was not a smooth sale, but their sales progressor and branch manager of the New Eltham branch kept it going and reduced the stress. Highly recommend!

I used Cockburn to sell my house and I can not recommend them enough! They were fantastic from start to finish. They sold my house quickly and for a good price. They kept me informed of the progress of the sale the whole time and chased my solicitor for me. I would highly recommend to everyone!!!

I would have put 0 stars if I could. I have been subjected to their agressive communications and maerkting, that is borderline harassament. Non-stop messages and calls, even though it was clear they don't offer the accomodation I need. I had to block their number and their messages on Whatsapp. I believe than despite the blocking, they are still calling me. They will do everything they can to make you take one of their ridicously overpriced accomodations.
