Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

We sold our home through Village Properties in March 2021 and we received a 5 star service from the whole team, from the initial valuation, through to completion. When James Fletcher (Valuation Manager) visited our home, he was extremely respectful and professional in his approach. Out of all the local estate agents in the area, James valued our home in a different way to the rest. He didn’t just use standard data that all the other agents use, he looked outside the box, took everything into consideration and gave a fair valuation of our home. We managed to achieve a sale price £100,000 over what the rest of the agents had valued our property at. I can’t recommend James enough, if you’re thinking of selling, make sure you get James to value your home and list it with Village Properties. He has a vision that no other agent in the Tilehurst area has and he will ensure you get the right price on your home. Thank you James, you’ve been fantastic.

We recently bought my new home through Village Properties, other than the initial viewings, I dealt with Sarahjane, she was outstanding. She did everything she could to drive the sale forward, going well above and beyond in my opinion, and kept in constant communication. The service was good enough that when we decided to sell our flat, we went straight to them without hesitation and the fee's for this have been extremely competitive and excellent service as well. We would recommend them 100%.

Village Properties have once again supported Birch Copse Primary School through this difficult period of lockdown by providing Sponsorship for both our Christmas Fundraising events and also the Christmas colouring competition; much enjoyed by the children. The PTA, staff and children are extremely grateful xx

Sarah and Matthew helped us find the perfect new home and guided us through the process of buying, supporting us at every stage of the process, which can be particularly stressful right now with the housing market being very busy with the stamp duty concession expiring soon. With their support we went from offer to completion in under 8 weeks. Thank you!

Buying and selling property has all the potential to be stressful and difficult. Henry in the East Sheen office was always available and thoroughly professional in his dealings with both the buyer and ourselves. His whole approach to the project made the process as smooth as possible and we would certainly recommend him and the East Sheen team if you are looking for a first class service.

We recently purchased a property through Chestertons in East Sheen. Henry was very professional and attentive throughout the process, managing the expectations of all parties and oiling the chain to ensure a timely exchange and completion. Thank you Henry.

Kate and Kerri-Ann were super helpful from start to finish. They made finding, securing and moving into our new flat stress-free, and even offered to take in a delivery we had arriving before we could get into the property. Would definitely recommend. Thank you, Annie & Josh x

A simply excellent experience from Graham and his experienced, professional team. I was buyer-side. For a start, there was a really balanced treatment of buyer and seller interests. Beyond that really clear guidance on process and priorities. Post-acceptance really practical support on access and other professional support (ie solicitors and surveyors). Just a really slick process. Thanks!

We bought a house in East Sheen through Hamptons and could not be happier with the service we received. Elena was extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgable, and made the process almost entirely stress free. We would gladly recommend Hamptons in general, and Elena in particular, to anyone looking for an estate agent in East Sheen.

Graham and Elena have been amazing in helping to get our house in Sheen sold. They are so responsive, kept us closely informed and the thing I value the most from them is that they are so honest and frank. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else in the area for the sale of a property and would recommend them highly.

Very pleased with my purchase through Featherstone Leigh in Sheen. The whole team were very engaging and prompt with all stages of the purchase. All questions were answered very quickly and the communication channel was always very clear. Dealt particularly with Philip and Matt, both incredible personable and helpful. Will certainly use them again in the future.

Thanks to the Featherstone Leigh team and particularly to Emma we found the property we are now renting. I loved the place since the first time I saw it and I couldn’t let it go. The whole process was smoothly and straight-forward. In less than two weeks we were moving in. I won’t hesitate to contact Emma if we have to move again. Many thanks!

I cannot rate the service I have received from Featherstone Leigh highly enough. They are the most friendly and professional estate agents I have ever dealt with. From my first viewing with Tom, to dealing with the paperwork and the move with Emma, everything has run really smoothly. Emma, in particular, has been extremely friendly and communicative, and really made me feel at ease during a stressful time. After having had quite a few negative dealings with estate agents previously, this has restored my faith!

Emma Hudson, 18 Feb 2015

Thanks to the Featherstone Leigh team in East Sheen, we finally moved into a lovely flat. Emma, Emily and Tom were really friendly, helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with them. The process from viewing to check-in was handled well and they were really good in corresponding with us all the way, which is really key to a smooth and successful transaction. The fees are reasonable compared to the other agencies we came across with, while we were still looking for a property. Sadly, the property we're renting isn't managed by them, it would've been perfect.

My partner and I have had an excellent experience dealing with Richard from Featherstone Leigh. We recently completed the purchase of our first home and Richard has been a constant source of help and guidance throughout the process. We had a number of complications with the seller's solicitors, meaning the sale took over 6 months from start to finish, but Richard really helped drive them on. Being first time buyers, we had a number of questions that Richard was on hand to help with whenever we needed and he always acted professionally, with integrity and complete honesty. We will definitely use Featherstone Leigh again and have already been recommending to others.

I've been looked after by Marsh and Parsons in East Sheen, in particularly Paul Trafford, for the last six months whilst searching for a house. I have been very impressed by their professionalism and help over the whole period. I was kept updated and advised very well and felt they had really listened and understood what i was looking for. They only contacted me or emailed me when they had a suitable house and this was a pleasant change from other agents that inundate your inbox! I would highly recommend their services.

Tom Bradshaw, 20 May 2016

I cannot praise David, Harry, Paul and the team at M + P East Sheen highly enough for the remarkable job that they did for me in selling my house and securing the one I wanted. They did everything they said they could and in fact their service exceeded my expectations. When I approached them it was with an almost impossible request: put my house on the market and sell it fast as I’ve found the one I want but it’s already under offer with 2 buyers! Incredibly they had a steady stream of potential applicants viewing my house right from day one and managed to secure a sale within 3 weeks with 3 offers in the third week. Throughout, the agents always let me know in advance how many viewings I’d have the next day, and at what time, and checked that they were convenient. They are absolutely professional, diplomatic, thoughtful, pleasant and give good feedback daily. I know my instinct was right to employ them and I’m pretty sure that if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have secured the house I have now exchanged on. M + P Sheen’s other clever strategy is to work closely with their offices in Richmond and Barnes too (thank you David S for all your work!) - and each negotiator in those 2 offices also views the property they are offering so they are familiar with it - to increase the possibility of finding a buyer in those overlap areas. Thank you so much to all of you for working so hard for me.

Marsh and Parsons handled the sale of two properties for us in the summer of 2015. A one bedroom flat which was my mothers and our own house in Mortlake. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly and were on the case right from the start. They constantly up dated us with the progress of the sales and prospective purchasers were shown around with virtually no disruption to ourselves. Both properties have now been sold and contracts exchanged. Many thanks

Buying your first house can be a daunting prospect and most of the estate agents I visited have certainly not been very helpful. Not so with the great team of M&P in East Sheen. Paul and David have been welcoming and supportive from the get go. Paul Trafford was allocated to my purchase and you couldn't wish for a more helpful and accommodating estate agent. Whenever I had a query or wanted to visit the house, yet again, Paul was always there and made this whole process an absolute breeze. Everyone I know is amazed by the speed and efficiency with which I managed to get my new house. My heartfelt thanks to Paul, David (who covered during Paul's holiday) and the whole team there who were always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

As a tenant, my experience with Stuart Mackenzie has been entirely positive. I have dealt with this firm for two years and their staff have always been professional and polite. Moreover, they take a personalised approach and have gone above and beyond in being helpful. It’s often not easy to find London-based agents that treat tenants with courtesy, so I would definitely recommend this firm.

We have dealt with Stuart and his team for many years now, both as landlords and as tenants. We always appreciated the care with which they managed our property and how they looked after us as tenants. Their approach is personal and caring yet always professional. They seem to be able to attract high quality tenants for our property and manage everything efficiently and seamlessly. We highly recommend them.

I have used Stuart Mackenzie for years to manage my property, and would recommend them to anyone. Very responsive, professional and always so helpful in trying to find the best solution for me, which also keeps my tenant's happy. The whole team are fantastic but I'd particularly call out Stephanie for her diligence and support. If you need an agent in the East Sheen area then they are the go to firm.

Stuart Mackenzie, have managed my apartment in Barnes for over 10 years. The apartment has been kept up to spec. and tenants seem to be happy with their service as well

We bought our flat via Stuart MacKenzie in 2013 and sold it with them in 2019. Both times we really appreciated the personal service provided by Stuart and his team. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working with them. Selling in an uncertain climate was challenging, but Stuart’s patience and calm advice was invaluable.

We met the agent at the office as we had the viewing of a flat just round the corner. Their office was very messy: just like a SCHOOL BOY's DESK, paper works was all over the place & every corner was covered with thick dust and cobwebs. It smells badly. The agent never asked me to sit down (thank God as the chair looked full of dust). We really liked the flat but had to think 10 times before putting he offer. We went to their website and read things about them which was far too much out of date, they talked about things which they did years ago so all sounds dodgy there. I couldn't trust them more so decided not to put offer. They lied to us on the phone that the flat has got it's own garden, which actually turned out to be a communal garden shared by 6-7 families. They wasted our time as I took special half-day off. The guy who spoke on the phone had no manners, he kept coughing and farting over it. They never called us back or even asked for any feedback. I wish they were clear in the first place that the garden is not private and to bring clothes peg in the office.

Chris has been finding us good tenants and managing our property for seven years and we are very happy with the service that he provides, which is highly personalised and very good value for money.

Chris gave exceptional service and went above and beyond what was expected of him. He gave a very personal service which often lacks from estate agents. Chris was very accommodating when we were in a tough situation, I know other estate agents would not have been half as reasonable. The property he found us was very nice and in great condition but when we had a very small issue he resolved the problem on that day and checked up on us. Thank you very much for everything Chris. Would highly recommened based on great service and knowledge of the local area.
