I have been having a very good experience with the purchase of my flat with Andrews. Since day one, the Andrews team has always been very friendly and available to clarify any queries. I have also been using Andrews related broker services and conveyancing. I am very happy with the mortgage broker service; however, I could be more satisfied with the suggested conveyancing services. The company that is taking care of the legal proceedings of the purchase is doing a great job; however, not all necessary fees were covered in the initial quote given by the conveyancing service suggested at Andrews.

I recently purchased my first property with Andrews Morden and their service was excellent. Started off with a rocky start as the first appointment viewing was a no show, with no email or call to let me know that agent was sick, these things happen. Once I contacted the branch with my complaints, Julia Francis was the amazing and the best - she provided the best customer service one could ask for, helping to quickly rearrange the viewing. During the viewing she was helpful and insightful, showing a great rapport with my family & I. Kept us up to date and was always on hand for any issues/questions. Staff like Julia are rare and should be rewarded with praise!
