Sam was very friendly and seems genuinely interested in our conversation. He was very efficient and showed me nearby properties aside from the initial viewing. He was patient and professional I felt so comfortable that I was able to deposit a holding deposit the same day without much though. Eventually the moving date was delayed due to COVID-19 and I didn't want to continue and the rest of the staff was very professional about it they followed up to see if I still wanted it three times and phone me to confirm that I didn't it when I decided not to proceed. The agent even gave me the email to contact the sales team for my refund on the holding deposit without any explanation or complaints.

Best agency in London, highly recommended to everyone. I rented a room for 2 years with them. They are very professional, quick to respond and understanding. If I go back to London, would definitely use them again.

I love this branch of Reiss. Well set out and the shop assistants are so helpful and friendly. You can browse without being hassled but also, if you need help they will immediately help you. The changing rooms are big with large mirrors. A good selection of classic outfits. It's my go to place for shopping:)

Dervish the owner of the company is directly hands on and deals with any issues you may have straight away. Saying that he leaves no room for issues to start with. Great service, friendly and reliable. The best agent by far.

To Bentley Matthews service as a whole it was good. We had some issues in regards to tenancy agreements in which we were not given the house we were promised, however, I believe this fault on both sides and I must take some responsibility for this. Regardless, we are quite happy now in the house, and we could not of done this without the help of Dervish. He has been really helpful and dedicated much of his time to me, to ensure that I had a good reliable service. Maintenance team are really good, and friendly!

Me along with two other friends rented a maisonnette for a year. Bentley Matthews were a very responsive team during our stay and supportive when we had questions about the property anytime we were confused. They communicated with us well and always ensured to let us know in advance if the property was going to be viewed by future tenants. They were also usually quick with their response time during the move out process too. They also easily helped us contact the landlord when our cooker needed to be fixed and this was done efficiently and our old cooker was replaced with a new one. The property we rented was also amazing.

Maxwell is a very professional estate agent, they were recommended by a friend. Archie arrived and was very knowledgeable, spoke the truth and had amazing open mind of my property and potential of what could be done, I knew straight that he was the right estate agent to sell my flat, maxwell properties don't judge or make yiu feel your property isn't important because of the size or the location, so I know that I will be recommending the company to friends and family, I was informed weekly of updates and maxwell had the most viewings to my flat. I was left satisfied and happy with the company and wouldn't doubt them to anyone. Businesses are hard to come by especially those that have worked hard, reviews like mine help these businesses to go further :)
