Negative experience from day 1. Only able to provide the services requested after weeks of chasing and negotiations. Would not recommend it. Staff is also mostly unpleasant.

My partner and I used Garton Jones and worked with Paul to look for a flat to lease. We didn't even wind up signing a lease through Garton Jones, but feel compelled to say what a great service Paul Cook provided. He was responsive without being pushy, listened to us to understand thoroughly what we were searching for, and went above and beyond to allow us to see a property we were interested in on two separate occasions. Would highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Garton Jones as our property managers. All issues we raised in our tenancy were dealt with immediately. Our designated property manager Dominique was first class, she followed up on all issues e.g. occasional loss of hot water and heating. The standard of care and attention was far more than we expected as tenants. Dominique was also very proactive at the end of our tenancy, a process which can sometimes drag on. Thank you Dominique!

I have used Bensons for several years now as managing agents who look after my rental property in Westminster. They have consistently done an excellent job. When a leak from the flat above made one of the bedrooms unusable they stepped in and found the affected person somewhere else to stay while organising repairs and insurance claims. They sat on the block's managing agents to make sure they did their job asap. In short they are responsive, capable and professional. All with a smile. I know I do not have to worry as I can rely on them. Just recently they sold another of my properties via auction. Bensons is brilliant. I’ve both bought and let a property through them, and received the sort of intelligent, personal service that I’ve not had from any other agent. Emails were answered in the evenings and at weekends, with good humour, when a problem arose. I have just started a new Tenancy in Westminster - and Danial Cobb are the agents. Huw was fantastic in terms of getting the tenancy arranged. He was amazingly responsive and just a joy to deal with. Once the process had been started Salome was incredibly helpful and efficient. It was such a pleasure to deal with Danial Cobb's Westminster branch again ... and after 10 years they have only got better. The systems and process are extraordinarily efficient, and the team kept me up to date at every step. The whole process has actually been a pleasure - and I am not sure I have ever been able to say that about finding and moving into a flat. Having been looking for a flat for a month and had to deal with assorted agents who really didn't seem to care that much about what they were doing it has been a real joy to be dealing with people who genuinely take a pride in doing a good job, and care about your experience as a customer.

Huw at Daniel Cobb has been great throughout the rental process so far. He appears to be a genuinely warm guy who is great at his job - this is not something that can be said for many estate agents that I have used in the past. He answered emails promptly and updated me with every development. No complaints whatsoever.

These guys honestly don't even deserve one star, but unfortunately thats not an option. Definitely avoid using if you can. This is the first google review I've ever written. I actually had to create a google account just to write this review, that's how bad they are.

Taking over 1.5 months to get the deposit back, agency not responding to emails / phone calls. Very unprofessional service and no responsibility taken at any level. UPDATE: deposit was given back after several other months, the company wasn't willing to pay the amount back so we raised a dispute, which eventually we won (so if you are in the same situation please do the same). Also, I have asked for quite some time to amend some information they had on me (which relates to my tenancy of over 3 years ago) but to date, although they confirmed twice this was amended, hasn't still been actioned (ie, my personal telephone number is still linked to my old flat buzzer). Quite unbelievable and frustrating. I am seriously concerned about the way my personal information was handled but will investigate further to understand better what went wrong.

As others have mentioned. Moretons admitted not having professionally cleaned the properly for our tenancy start. Since we left we are still waiting on our deposit to be returned. They are trying to charge us for silly things despite us returning the property in better condition than which we found. Be very wary with them. Once you leave, communication drops off a cliff and things take an age to sort out. Hopefully they will return our deposit soon.

The flat handed over to me was filthy. Had to deep clean myself. At the end of the Tenancy they had the nerve to charge for cleaning when I handed over a perfect Flat. One of those Agencies that rip People off by whatever means they can. Avoid avoid avoid

Our flat has been heavily flooded close to the end of our lease term, and I still can’t thank them enough for their proactivity, efficiency and kindness overall.
