He deals with letting issues swiftly and pragmatically. The people he procucres to do jobs are very reasonably priced. He is honest and responsive. Been very happy with the service I have received and wound not hesitate to recommend.

Steve was professional from the first conttact right through to finding the right tenants on one property and finding a buyer for another property. I could not have been happier with his attention to detail and customer service. I would have no problems in recomending him and Lane Residential.

Mr. Lane has been managing 3 flats for me for three years, he has been quick to respond to any problem with tenants or the property. Sends reports promptly & I trust him to take the best care of my flats.

I knew Steve Lane before he set up his own firm. I was impressed enough to move my small portfolio of B2L properties to Steve's firm. I have always found him very helpful and thoroughly professional, and he has always behaved perfectly reasonably to my tenants. I am puzzled by Richard's review, below, as it doesn't sound like the Steve Lane I know, but I obviously cannot comment on what went wrong.

Their front door office is always locked. No one in. I went on Saturday to discuss selling my property and the office was closed.
