I had a very good experience renting out my flat. All the staff were polite and professional, and Shaun who took the lead once we found tenants was particularly helpful, going the extra mile to take care of various things when I couldn't be at the property myself. Communication in the first couple of weeks the flat was on the market could have been a little better - I felt I was chasing for updates a bit. But overall very happy and I would use Keatons again

Keatons have fully managed my property for over 10 years now and I'm very happy with the service. They are great at marketing the flat and setting the price at the right level; it has only been vacant for a couple of months in the entire 10 year period (and only because of the challenging market this year). They are responsive and have helped sort out all kinds of repair and maintenance issues in a timely manner. Communication is great; even though I'm abroad they never hesitate to call when they need quick input. Oscar Pace is my current consultant and has been very helpful in arranging my most recent tenancy.

Good Service and I have seen 3 properties and all were in good condition even though I took 1 and I think that's the best. With singing and ref check everything was very smooth and speedy during the lock down. I hope to have a good time in the property and with city lord.

Worst Agency I ever came across. I went to their office to find a room and Imran, the owner just didn't stop flirting with me. I don't mind some flirting but not when it's a guy. He just kept asking me to drive me to the property and clearly wanted more. The worst part was when the touched my leg in the car.. The room was awful, too and I had to move out right away because I couldn't live in such bad condition, knowing the landlord is attracted to me

it has been a pleasant experience to live in one of their wonderful clean properties situated at Forest Gate, very peaceful/social and convivial to live-in. Good Landlord, never missed out with my enquiries on calls or emails. The house had a little issue with some leaking in the kitchen. by the next day the problem was fixed very quick. They're really professional and friendly, i recommend to you all 10/10.

I’ve always found Meade’s to be different to other estate agents: they are honest and trust-worthy and defy the reputation estate agents can have for being a bit slippery. I’ve found them to be upfront about the market, professional and courteous. Throughout difficult circumstances (Brexit, then the Pandemic) Meade’s ultimately managed to sell my house for me at the price I wanted. Well done to Michael Whitby and his team!

Billy and Michael have been a wonderful team to work with, managing to get my property sold in such challenging times. Run by ex-employees of Sterling De Vere, a company that had multiple criminal convictions to it's name. It's my opinion that this is a scam agency engaging in fraudulent/illegal conduct. All the positive reviews on Google are fake and paid for by the incompetent staff running this scam operation. They'll steal your deposit, won't respond to safety issues and will make your life as a tenant or landlord miserable. Avoid like the plague.

Worst agency in London. They rented me a room with a hole in the ceiling and windows broken. I did the viewing online so didn't notice these flaws until I checked in. After asking for a transfer none of the problems were solved during my 14 day stay. It rained inside my room through the hole and the chandelier. It rained inside the bathroom too. In the second house the freezer and door bell were never fixed. We even stayed 2 weeks with no hot water in the shower. They only came to fix it after I started calling everyday and two times a day. Left my room in November and still haven't got my deposit back. Already filled for a complain. Don't book with them.
