A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. After being with a different estate agent for 3 months with no luck at all, John Payne took over and immediately got us a lot of viewings. We priced the flat too highly but John Payne consistently brought us viewings and were very close a few times to sealing the deal. They eventually found us a buyer and then managed that through to completion. Their staff, especially Sue and Ben, are highly professional, friendly and responsive. A big recommendation from me!

Sue Denny was great from the moment she first valued our flat to completion. Sue was incredibly proactive throughout, always available and we've already recommended her to several people we know in the development. Sue got us under offer quickly and pushed hard to ensure a smooth exchange and completion. Would absolutely recommend to anyone we know. Hands down great service.

We had the priveledge of having Susan Denny from John Payne assist us on finding a house we would love. She was extremely patient with as we went through many a house and in some instances viewed a house or 2 a couple of times. Her dedication to helping us find a dream home was simply awesome. She was constantly very responsive in all our queries getting relevant answers needed extremely promptly. She finally assisted us in finding and securing our new home. Big shout out to her.

Ben at John Payne was extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. As first time buyers, Ben was an invaluable source of information on the ins and outs of of the buying process, and always keen to help. The conveyancing process was particularly tough, with both the seller's and our own solicitors often difficult to get in contact with, Ben was a tremendous help with keeping progress towards exchange & completion going, chasing relevant parties on our behalf and going above and beyond in his role as an intermediary. Almost always available to call and actively following up if engaged elsewhere. We are very happy with the purchase of our new flat in Greenwich, and would like to thank John Payne and Ben in particular for providing a top class service from first viewing right through to completion.

We used John Payne to sell our flat in Greenwich, completing in March 2021. We found the service to be very professional. Matthew valued our flat and we felt he was articulate, professional and fair when discussing our prospects. Ben was our estate agent, and he was very diligent and responsive throughout. We were also often assisted by Sue, who’s reassuring air of calmness was much appreciated. During the time our flat was on the market, we were frequently present during viewings, and thought Ben’s enthusiasm for the flat & his knowledge of the development and the local area were great strengths and really helped to sell the flat. We had issues with the first buyer whose offer we accepted, but Ben and Matthew together quickly resolved the situation and we proceeded with another offer. Throughout Ben was in frequent contact with us, and if we couldn’t immediately get hold of him, he would always respond a short time later. This became particularly important during the fraught period around exchange/completion, which wasn’t helped by our particularly dreadful solicitors. We were so relieved to see Ben’s determination to force our solicitors to actually do something matched our own, and he coordinated efforts with the buyers solicitors as well. Eventually, the deal was done and we successfully completed. We are very happy with the service received from John Payne and would definitely recommend them to other Greenwich residents. Ben’s honesty, enthusiasm and determination was brilliant and we felt lucky to have him selling our flat for us.

My partner and I cannot recommend Extra Mile Property Solutions highly enough. The communication from them is very clear and they reply very quickly to our queries. I also like that I can call them directly in case of an emergency. They are always friendly, professional and service minded. Their pricing is fair for landlords and they do not take commission on top of contractor work at my properties! That is a must have for me and should be for every landlord. I have always known that my property is in good hands with Chris Gladden and his team!

What a company! I have worked for a number of letting agents in my time and I can honestly say Extra Mile Letting's service, professionalism and staff are the best. A company that isn't scared to call and speak with clients, a company that a full of social people whom tenants and landlords both feel comfortable and trusting with. I rented a flat for just under a year from Extra Mile and Chris and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Any issues were dealt with promptly, there was always great communication and I always felt like the flat was really being looked after by the team. I have no complaints and based on my experience I would rent from Extra Mile again in the future.

Having had a fairly unproblematic tenancy, Hunters have now kept hold of our deposit, almost two months after the end of our tenancy, without any explanation, no communication and when followed up about it, every agent says they will be in touch but we haven't heard anything. Absolutely shocking as they are also aware that one of us is without a job due to COVID.

Our experience has changed from good to very bad, struggling to receive an updated lease. Virus or not, 3+months to send out the forms is just unacceptable. Contacted 3 employees, none were responsive or keen enough to solve the matter only empty promises. Got in touch with the owner to finally make it happen. Very unprofessional attitude and service. Won't recommend.

Excellent! I contacted a lot of agents to help me with my search for a new flat. Hunters were very responsive and gave me a lot of good advice that none of the other agents did. In the end I did not rent a property with them sadly because I found a great deal privately. I will definitely be using them next time and will be recommending them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: They waste your time, take days to reply back to your emails, they were almost 2 weeks late paying back the deposit and their office looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. As i say, avoid at all costs.

These are the most amateur agents I’ve ever had to deal with. They don’t have any professionalism whatsoever. They don’t even act like they care about selling a property, it seems as though they are too tired and lazy to show the place and even turn up on time to an appointment. They are clueless when it comes to information about the property. My advise find the landlord and deal with them direct. Don’t waste your time with these school kids!
