Amazing Experience with The Lettings Team in helping me rent my property. I was initially planning to go on an 'Introduction Only' but Faheem had convinced me how going on their bespoke 'Guaranteed Rent' package would mean I have all headache related to my property being taken care of by the team and I receive my rent on time and every month. First Contact Property is highly unprofessional. They will neglet any Health and Safety issues during your tenancy putting your life at risk. They have a poor lack of response via the telephone or email in dealing with enquiries effectively and very rude. They will also not repay your deposit in full after your tenancy ends and will look for any dubious reasons to extort you with no justification. They do not follow the law and use dodgy ways to cover there tracks. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid at all costs.

What a bunch of crooks. If I could give zero stars I would. We instructed them to let a 3 bedroom house in Barking. They lied to us. Despite our instructions telling them not to they ended up giving it to someone who converted the house and rented it out as bedsits and didn't pay us! We have lost thousands of pounds due to these guys. We ended up going to court and suing them. I am pleased to confirm we have obtained judgement in the sum of 35,000 pounds. This is all the headache that Steptons have caused. Hopefully they will pay up soon but I am conscious they may try and pull a fast move so we will be monitoring their actions. I suggest to everyone to check the names of the directors and monitor the business they conduct.

Ive been dealing with them for 15 years ss they represent the freeholder of my flat and as far I'm concerned they are not helpful whatsoever their main objective is to make sure the interests of the freeholder that's what matters and nothing else no matter how many times you call them very rare they will call you back.

I would of given - 5 to be honest if i could they are the most liars estate agents ive ever dealt with I called to ask about a flat arranged a viewing she made me rush and send all the details to take the flat and she comes with this story Oh sorry the landlord decided not to rent the flat anymore wants to keep it as he needs it Then i called 2 days after with a different number and she said to me that the flat was rented to someone Liars liars liars
