Still in lockdown and with COVID restrictions, since the beginning, JLL was very helpful and tried to send me all the information I needed. Specially Lily and Beatrice were exceptional and attentive and I can say that all the moving process was very smooth and efficient. Thank you for everything! I would definitely recommend this agency if you're looking for a competent one. ;)

Recently found our gorgeous rented flat through JLL. Our letting agent Beatrice was super helpful at showing and securing the flat we wanted and went the extra mile sending videos and information through virtually due to Covid restrictions. Lily was fantastic at sorting the paperwork and ensured the contract process was efficient and fast. They are quick to respond to any queries and solve any issues. Would recommend!

Adam is very good at understanding what people is looking for and from day one, he organized several viewings which all had the profile that we wanted. I rented a house with two flatmates through this agency. To be honest, it's the best agency I've ever had. They are very accommodating and do everything for the benefit of the tenants, but also for the owners. I had to change my apartment in the middle of my contract and it was not a problem at all. In the past, I've had some terrible experiences with London landlords and property agencies, so it's been an absolute delight to find Alpha Lets. It's a wonderful family-run company and I recommend them very highly. The process of renting with them has been very smooth and they respond extremely quickly to any queries. There have been virtually no issues throughout my tenancy, but when there was a minor problem with the boiler, they sent out Louis, the plumber, almost immediately and he ensured the problem was dealt with quickly. I will now be moving into a friend's house, but if I need to rent again, I will absolutely be contacting Alpha Lets.

Far and away the most helpful letting agency I have ever used. Rented two properties in Harringay through them for over five years. Long-established, local company who do things the right way. Fast, friendly and efficient service always. Quick to respond even out of office hours. Great with all contract and billing queries as well as maintenance.
