Myself and my partner booked to view several properties within W9. Tom met us with his colleague at the first property and delivered an overall fantastic service. Offering to drive us between each property and giving us as much time as we needed was really appreciated. After we had grabbed a coffee to discuss our options, we met Tom back at the Dexters office and had an open conversation. He was very helpful and managed to negotiate a great offer on a property we loved. Highly recommend.

Great agent and great service. Out of all of the agencies and agents we contacted our sales consultant Joe was the only one to speak to us in advance to find out exactly what we we were looking for and offer to book in other viewings for properties that weren't on our radar. In one afternoon he took us to see a range of places. Out of all of them we ended up putting an offer in and buying a flat that we never would have looked at if it wasn't for him recommended it and encouraging us to take a look. I would highly recommend Joe and this estate agent.

As a young potential first time buyer I wasn't sure what to expect and how to approach buying a property. Luckily the Agent, Amy Darby, helped me view properties. She advised me on what to look out for and what would benefit someone in my situation. Amy also called me regularly to update me on the properties I had viewed and liked. Amy would also show me properties that she thought would suit me before they were uploaded to the website. If you are a first buyer request to be helped by Amy, she is patient and is always happy to take time to explain information thoroughly.

He was always very responsive, professional and only took me to view properties that he knew I’d be interested in, and suited my budget. I'm writing this review, even though we didn't pursue our purchase via this agency, as I was very impressed with Mark Whapham. After searching via Rightmove, my husband and I met many agents and Mark stands above the crowd as deeply informed about the properties he's representing, the building where they reside, the street of their location, and the neighborhood. He is also very respectful during a viewing allowing you to experience bits on your own and discover the key elements. I would have loved to pursue a purchase with him in the process as his professional demeanor is a godsend.

Compton Reeback have been my best experience with an agency and landlord so far. Our flat was finished to a fantastic standard, and an appropriate price for the area. We dealt with Brian who was always fair, honest and pleasant with us. Any issue we had (which was very rare) was resolved promptly. Not all the agents in this area are reliable or trustworthy, whether you are an owner, a seller or renting. One that is, in our long experience, both honest and professional is Vickers, whose people also make it a pleasure to deal with them. Highly recommended.
