Out of all the Estate agents i tried, Martin Brookes for me was the best. The agent that was working with me was very friendly, professional, helpful and polite. He is very easy to talk to and when needed i can also contact him for information on properties or other things and he will always get back to my missed calls. In my now property Jordan was really on the ball in arranging viewing and meet and greet etc with the landlord. I wanted to review Castles Estates and particularly a huge recommendation on Nancy in the maintenance department. Nancy has always been extremely responsive, supportive and professional with any maintenance issue I've had. She goes above and beyond, she really helped once when the lock on my property had an issue and locked me out. It was a bank holiday, but Nancy was able to arrange for a locksmith to come out within the hour, who was able to identify that there was an issue with the lock. Everyone has been wonderful at Castles, and made my renting experience super easy. Thanks again Castles and Nancy! :)

From the word "GO" they just got on with the job of letting my property. Believe me or not, not only did they find me a tenant (withinafew days) but I even got an unsolicited offer from a buyer. Yep, I'd give them 10 out of 10. Don't just listen to me, try them yourself!

I have recently dealt with Danny in the lettings' team and Theo in sales. From the moment that I spoke to each of them, they each showed their enthusiasm and energy for their profession. Theo gave a lot of his time, honest feedback and abundance of experience on a prospective purchase and sale. In the end, I didn't proceed to sell but Theo was professional and was happy to have a chat about any other prospective properties regardless of whether or not this transpires into an instruction. Danny gave a lot of his time and I was impressed that he made the effort to discover that I was the homeowner of a property advertised for rent. Within a matter of days, if that, after instructing him, he secured a number of viewings for my property with interested applicants and we were about to proceed with one until an unexpected issue arose with the property which was immediately attended to. Danny was always available and very good with his time at looking at prospective rentals for other properties as well not yet secured. He showed great maturity for his junior years. I have no hesitation in recommending Target Property.

I had a lovely experience with Evrim. She was so helpful and professional. She as very patient too, even though I didn't rent a property with Filey Properties. She actually deserves 5 stars, but the person that lowered the review is Rugul. I found her to be very rude, even how she looked at me when she met me, as if I'm not up to "her standard" and when I went to view the property with her, she spoke in Turkish with the tenants the whole time. Very unprofessional.
