When we first viewed the flat (which is now our home) we met Aaron who was the estate agent responsible for selling the property. As first time buyers, the whole process of making a decision was daunting and then the conveyancing process too. Another detail was how Aaron conducted himself, very professional, and straight talking with honest and trustworthy communication. Our experience as tenants in a Big Move property was a good one. We were particularly happy with the responsive and helpful receptionist Lola Adeniran who made our tenancy easy, dealing with queries quickly and in a friendly manner.

I am in the office now dropping my keys off having sold my flat with Bigmove in Stoke Newington and moving into my new house. Very excited to move and was the first time I ever sold a flat and Aaron and the receptionist always helped a lot. We did have issues with the solicitor but they were from the broker we chose. I rented a flat last year with the help of Edward Lewis & Co and happy with my choice. Kazir is professional and was very helpful during the process of renting, agreement and payment. He is fast in responding and was available to answer questions by phone at anytime.

Having dealt directly with the director Sam I can tell you that these people are exactly what give estate agents a bad name and he (Sam) is as slippery as they come.If you are buying ,selling or renting I would advise you to do this with one of the many other estate agents in the area whom you can trust just not these as you will see below. This is some time after the event and we have since purchased and moved on so this is not written in the heat of the moment so to speak. Basically he was literally self serving in this instance as the property was of a certain interest to a developer and we were told that the offer we had put in to purchase a particular property had been rejected and that somebody elses was accepted to which I believe was something to do with this agent in one capacity or another if you know what I mean. We had contacted the vendor directly whom had said that they were completely unaware of our offer above and over the asking price which to me immediately set the alarm bells ringing.The vendor in turn instructed the agent to sell to us and eventually our offer was accepted. Many months down the line as I was being told it had slowed with the pandemic etc on a routine follow up as they never seemed to call me ,I was told the vendor all of a sudden did not want to sell to us and with no particular reason.Make your own mind up about that one.Anyhow one last thing was a phonecall to my wife whilst we were at our solicitors which I was present and Sam the director completely lost it down the phone shouting at my wife as he had just found out we had been touch directly with the vendor obviously much to his dislike.I will leave it there as there is much more.
