Recently rented a new apartment in London and JLL did a great job of helping me. The letting agent (Rosie Lynam) was very helpful, available and knowledgable. Great service.

It was a very good rental experience. The feedback was timely and the work efficiency was extremely high. I only spent three days to rent a house! Although there were some unavoidable troubles in the process, Rosie helped me solve the problem quickly and timely, so that I could check in in time. I'm satisfied!

Out of all of the estate agents we dealt with, The Chant Group was the most pleasant one. Very responsive and attentive to our needs in our search. The only drawback was that they didn't have exactly what we were looking for during the time we were looking, but they really put in all their efforts to match us up with the right place in the right area.

Lots of mistakes and not much accountability. Heating broken for over 3 weeks in December. Also my bills were transferred to a different expensive provider called Utilita and contracts set up in my name after I had moved in and set up my own contracts. This was done without my permission or knowledge and was very stressful to sort out. Problems with the same people that are mentioned in reviews below, so it seems consistent. It's a shame because I'm very happy with my flat, but the service from Touchstone has been pretty negative.

Caroline and Touchstone properties put an end to my long drawn out process of trying to find a new flat. They moved fast and I was literally in the new flat a week after making an offer. Can’t thank these people enough! Highly recommended!

I don't have the highest opinion of letting agents after being disappointed by so many, especially in the south London area. But so far my experience with the Touchstone team that manages property in Lambeth has been great by comparison. They're super friendly, organised, and responsive. Any issues we've had since moving in are being addressed quickly by our property manager and our lettings manager still checks in with us which I think is really cool of her and is night and day with my past experiences.

I have been a tenant at a Mariana Real State property and the experience has been very good. Every time we needed help from them, their response was very fast and solving the problem effectively. In addition to being great professionals, they show a human side that is not so common in the real estate business. For personal reasons we had to modify the contract and both, they and the landlord, understood the situation perfectly and did everything on their part so that both parties were satisfied.
