Nicholas and the team at Chestertons Little Venice did an amazing job firstly by very patiently attending to my flat search whilst understanding my needs and preferences and after a very long search looking for the perfect place the whole finalisation process from start to end ran extremely smoothly and professionally. This has truly been my first 5 star experience with an agent, so I would highly recommend going through this office if you are looking for a place in this area.

We had a great experience dealing with Rory at Chestertons, Little Venice. He was responsive, professional, and struck the right balance between being helpful and informative without being at all pushy. We also felt he was always transparent with us, which really took the stress out of the process. Genuinely a good experience.

The team in the Little Venice Chestertons office are pragmatic, helpful, friendly and down to Earth. As part of our journey, they not only found us the perfect apartment that we hadn't even seen before talking to them, but also negotiated better terms for our tenancy than what we asked for, gave us access to the apartment at short notice to set up our internet in advance of us moving in and gave us a preview of the contract to speed up the admin process. Great crowd!

I have just let my apartment in W9 through Chesterton's Little Venice and their associated management team. Jack Paterson was brilliant in our search for a two-bedroom flat. He was exceptionally responsive without being pushy, and when showing us round flats, he was polite, informative and helpful. Out of all the letting agents that I’ve tried dealing with, Foxtons has the best and most efficient service. They have available flats for renting that are really nice and within budget. Their process of renting a flat is very simple and easy to follow. Special thanks to Marcin, one of their agents, who is very much responsive and reliable. He answers to questions quickly and he has given me a lot of options when I was still finding a place. He patiently answered all my queries and has helped me a lot in finding a flat that suits my likings. He is one of the best agents I’ve encountered and I will be glad to have him again as my agent in the future. Therefore, if you are looking for a letting agent to help you out, Foxtons is highly recommended.

Spencer from the Maida Vale office has literally gone ABOVE AND BEYOND in providing my partner and I with the best experience we have ever had with agents. He was proactive, helpful, always willing to provide guidance and advice, and most of all never showed us an apartment that didn't meet our requirements or budget. He was very professional, patient and sympathetic even when we were changing our minds about what we wanted. These are excellent salesmanship and customer focused skills that would make any competitor jealous. Without doubt the best estate agents in Little Venice, the sales team at Goldschmidt & Howland navigated the sale of our flat seamlessly and efficiently despite being in the midst of the pandemic. Ben was friendly, professional and effective throughout the process and kept us up to speed with developments constantly. Over the last 17 years, I have worked with many of the letting agents in NW8 and W9. The G&H lettings and property management teams are a cut above their competitors and have remained consistently so. Their senior management provide hands-on management of their teams, not hesitating to get involved in any issue, big or small, if required. I recently moved flats and i found my new place through Dendrow. Really helpful and nothing was too much. I was really pleased with their process and it was really simple to follow. My new place is in Maida Vale and having lived in Bayswater for a number of years, i was really pleased to find Dendrow and their knowledge of the mansion block flats in maida vale is wondrful. Bits of information that i never knew. They really did go above and beyond to help me move into the flat, even with working to a very tight timeframe as i had to be out of my old flat by the end of last week. Thank you so much. I'm really happy in my new flat.

Dendrow have been great so far and we have a great relationship with them as tenants. Whenever we have questions they are extremely timely in their responses. We even had a repair inquiry and they responded right away. The quality we are experiencing has been excellent for the value of the property we've found.

We are currently renting a house from Dendrow and I have been really happy with the service that we have received so far. They have gone out of their way to help me and my flatmates during the coronavirus and we are very grateful for all that they have done for us. Special mention needs to be made about John and his maintenance team. We have had a few minor issues since moving into the flat and he has always been incredibly helpful, polite and made sure that the problem was fixed almost immediately. After living in a house for a year where the estate agent never made an effort to fix anything (unless we sent at least three emails)....this experience has been very refreshing. I genuinely feel like as an agency they do try their best to keep their customers happy. I would definitely recommend them.

Awful company. Does not know how to manage Tennant's, poor communication between entire departments and customers. False information given. Will take money for rent but not provide a service included then refuses refunds. Issues with your apartment or house will be ignored with poor excuses as to why it's taking so long to fix. I urge you all to find a different company to rent from of let manage your property.

We rented via Houghton Estates for 18 months and they were great. They don't have the world's best email etiquette, and I think this can be mistaken for rudeness, but actually if you have a question they'll always reply quickly, and if you have a problem they'll sort it without complaint. They were very fair about refunding our deposit in full.
