Leaders Lewisham has been a brilliant, pain-free, quick and easy process for my partner and I. After moving in, they have been easy to contact and gotten on top of every issue that has needed dealt with. In particular Kerry has been swift at dealing with an appliance issue and had a contractor out within hours and the problem solved by the end of the day! this almost never happens so quickly! She is also always kind, helpful and understanding to talk to. I highly recommend.

My partner and I recently signed a lease with Leaders Lewisham. They were highly professional and very prompt. In particular, Tim Jeurninck, who showed us the property we are now living in was incredibly insightful, supportive and engaging. The reason we went with Leaders instead of any other agency is because they were human. Many estate agencies will constantly call you and be almost too professional, robotic in some situations. Tim was very human and understanding with us, which is why we went with them.

After a long and harmonious association with Leaders, going back more years that I can remember, I am now retiring as a Landlord. Throughout this period Kerry Turner oversaw the management of my property. She is best described as the "ultimate" property manager. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She is extremely knowledgeable and was totally professional in all my dealings with her. I had total confidence in Kerry, which was so reassuring, as I was not a local Landlord. I honestly did feel she had my best interests at heart and I had total trust in her. She is an asset to Leaders. I have have no hesitation in recommending Leaders to any potential Landlords (and to ask for Kerry!). They have been excellent.

We just moved in to a property managed by Leaders. Sharon was our agent and she was very helpful and really worked hard to chase the people for our references. She was very responsive, helpful and available at every stage. Everything was in order when we moved in, they even gave us a box with lots of vouchers and sweets for our move in day, so nice! We also had Avery good experience with Tim, very nice person and helpful! I'm positively impressed!

I sold my flat with Acorn, they were incredibly responsive, proactive and knowledgeable throughout. They have a good knowledge of the SE London market and could properly advise on what the best approach to get buyers through the door and generate interest when the market is moving. There weren't many cracks in their approach which did seem like the case with other estate agents. Once the flat was under offer the were very proactive keeping all the process moving forwards on all sides. Overall very happy with the service!

Having been flat hunting for the first time as I’m planning to move to London soon and have had fantastic support from letting agent Kimberly! Very responsive to enquiries and has been able to highlight suitable flats which fit my criteria beyond the ones that I have shown interest in. Making the process a lot simpler for a first time London tenant. Also she has managed to make any viewing very accessible which is difficult considering I currently don’t live in the country. Through organising video viewings and messaging me videos and pictures at my request! Would recommend highly to anyone looking to flat hunt/let or sell as experience so far has been fantastic. Very personable, friendly and attentive to my needs in my flat search!

An experience that started off really well. Fast to market and do viewings over Covid and fast to get a few offers, however that’s where the good experience ends. The agent had mis-marketed the property, even though they had specific emails from us the seller, highlighting the aspects weren’t available - they had failed to pay attention to this detail. This then caused issues between us and the buyer - neither of us being at fault, but the agent expected us- the sellers to take a hit on price due to their mistake. The relationship turned sour as the agents didn’t take accountability and we didn’t feel like they were working for us the sellers and were simply just pushing for a quick sale on the back of their error. Long story short they became very unprofessional and unresponsive in their dealings with us, even marking the property as STC when we specifically asked them not to until we had the signed paper work from the buyer. They weren’t listening and stopped communicating effectively. It ended up being a very painful and unprofessional experience.

Kept well informed during the sale process .Very helpfull and accommodatng staff,would certainly recommend this company.

We used Robinson Jackson Lewisham to sell our house during 2020/21. They were fantastic, very professional, responsive and proactive. I communicated mainly with Billie who was great, I would highly recommend them. The whole sale could have been stressful because of the pandemic but these guys held our hand every step of the way. 5* service!

Robinson Jackson were great. We chose them as we were moving within the local area so thought there was a good chance we would end up buying from them too. In the end we bought a house which was listed with an online estate agent. We ended up in a bit of a chain, but Stephen was a great help to get everyone's ducks in a row before we exchanged. Robinson Jackson was very responsive (unlike the online agent we were purchasing off). I highly recommend Robinson Jackson.

I would highly recommend our estate agent Mark Beaumont. We first came in contact with him, looking for a property in Hither Green. Immediately, the trust was established and we felt Mark was competent, knew his local market very well, was interested in getting us a home that we’ll love. All of his suggestions were within budget, relevant to us and felt like good deals. I particularly appreciated this as it saved us time looking at stuff that didn’t meet our criteria or we couldn’t afford. On the third viewing, we saw a flat that we eventually bought and moved into. As a first time buyer, I relied heavily on Mark’s advice re the process and things that I needed to do. The communication was always clear, timely and relevant. once we moved in, I continued contacting Mark for advice on local handymen, cleaners etc. as didn’t know the area at all. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience and i would definitely come back to Mark Beaumont should we look for a property in the future.

Working with Mark was a pleasure, his knowledge of the local area was evident, he offered advice and insight whilst never being pushy. Once we'd viewed the property and submitted our offer Mark was quick to respond. Mark's calm manner helped us remain calm also! Thanks to him and his team.

If I could give a minus minus star rating, I would. So disappointed with the whole process, that I am still in shock. Avoid at all cost.

**AVOID IF YOU CAN** This company dragged us along on a 4 week chase that lead to nothing. The staff are very unresponsive and drag out the process as much as they can. All we wanted was a property to rent and this got dragged out for four weeks and in the end they told us the landlord pulled out of the deal. Absolutely shocking the only positive is they gave the holding deposit back promptly.

I had a terrible viewing experience with this agency. Ayo was extremely late ( 1 hour late!!) unprofessional in his conduct and downright rude on the phone to me. The property was a so called "1 bedroom flat" but it looked like a Victorian slum and felt like one too. It was very dirty even with manky old food left in the sink from the previous tenant. It was not at all what it looked to be like online. The bathroom was covered in black mould, not at all suitable for the market or presenting to potential renters. The lady I spoke with on the phone ( think her name was Rachel) was very professional and helpful though. However I was very disappointed about my experience here and hope that in future Ayo does not act this way to other buyers and renters. I hope also that properties are cleaned and prepared for future tenants.

Avoid. Those clowns don't have any responsibility for a clients. Yesterday a made appointment to look at some studio flat,after two hours journey finally I arrived to that place, called to agent maybe half hour and after when she picked up, told me sorry I can't turn up,but I make a call and noticed people who live down there 😊 ok that's not the worsted think,the worsted was what that not a studio,just double bedroom.... p.s. if you don't have what to do or have to much time, then good luck deal whit those clowns

As with another review we viewed the property twice and on both occasions could not access some of the rooms as rented out (for which they were the letting agents!)Unfortunately we put an offer in on a house they were marketing, no urgency. Difficult to communicate with the agent involved in selling- we eventually had to pull out (to our cost) as they made many empty promises and strung us along for 5 months! Would not recommend for house buying.
