I bought my house through John Payne ten years ago and decided to appoint them again to sell recently. The agents I dealt with back then are still working there today. They are experienced, have a great knowledge of the area, professional, calm and proactive.

We went with John Payne after some frustration not being able to sell our property with another agency and almost immediately found a buyer with their help. We were very happy with the level of service we recieved which was always professional and friendly. John Payne communicated well with us at every stage of the sale and made every effort to ensure that the process was as easy and fast as possible. We were very happy with the service they provided and would happily recommend them for anyone selling their property.

We sold two properties through Vikram Sandhu, at Hunters in Lee. We were in Vancouver, Canada, and did the whole process from overseas. The properties were first with another agency, who basically did very little and did not progress any sales for many months of wasted time. We then moved over to Vikram because we found him through a google search and looked at his references. Vikram was an absolute star through the whole experience, keeping in touch with us via email and WhatsApp, and dealing with everything in the UK on our behalf. He made numerous recommendations which helped us to move the property and increase the buyer rate of viewing. He also helped us with lots of complications because we were remote from the UK, and worked closely with our UK property solicitor to resolve various technical hitches. We cannot recommend him and his team highly enough, and are truly grateful. If we ever want to buy or sell another property there, we will find Vikram (wherever he is) and get him to deal with the entire exercise for us again. The West Family

I’ve absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hunters in Lee. Vikram and his team have been friendly, helpful and responsive, and have supported us at every stage of our house purchase from the moment we saw the advert to the point of exchange (today!). DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.SCAM SCAM SCAM. If I could give no stars I would. It has been 3 months since I have moved out of a property I rented through South East Residential. They still have my £800 deposit, but I have received no correspondence from the company after leaving email after email. They have blocked my phone number so that I cannot call, and I have sent recorded letters asking them to pay back my £800 deposit or I will take them to court. It has now gone past the 14days I gave them after they read the letter. And I will be paying the £310 to take them to court, as this kind of behaviour is not acceptable. What worries me is that lots of travellers use room shares as an affordable place to stay while they are moving around the world. They might not receive the right advice after being scammed and would move away leaving these scam artists with their hard earned money. I think it is disgusting. What is worst is that after visiting the office to sign my contract I was texted by another member of staff who said he had taken my number of the system and asked if we could be "Friends". The company is unprofessional and I will not leave until this is sorted. If anybody else is in the same situation with this company and need advice then please do get in touch. It is easier than you think to take a company to court and I'd be more than happy to help see justice served. Companies like this never last, please speak up and don't suffer in silence there is something you can do!

Really pleased, but ideally I'm looking for the cheapest long term accommodation as my present one have problem with wi-fi. Maybe more than 1 bathroom on each floor.

Excellent agents, they replied very fast to our enquiry and gave quick feedback regarding any issues or questions we had. South East Residential managing my 3 properties since 2013 , I like there service , Always paid rent 1st of each month. They got their own plumber , builder employed by themself as a result they manage my properties quick and efficient way.

We have recently let our flat with South East Residentials. As first time landlords they helped us throughout the process, was extremely prompt with each stage of the process and understanding of any concerns we had. The fees were very competitive and we were not hard sold any extras just given information on what is legally required, what is optional, the additional services they offer and then allowed to make our own choices. I would defiantly recommend this service to other landlords.
