7 letting agents in Lambeth

Trying to scam me off my deposit in a horrible way. Only protecting the landlord. They're even trying to make me pay for wear and tear of two leather chairs that are 10+ years old haha!

I agree with another review mentioning that they are only protecting the landlord. We were never able to fix any issue with our flat, and had to live with cold water. Everytime an engineer would come he would tell us that they need to come again or bring someone else to fix the issue - which is unprofessional and demonstrates a lack or skillset. It also took weeks and even months to get the engineer to begin with. I am shocked to say that after 3 months of finishing our contract, we have still not received our deposit back because the agent “cannot contact the landlord”. This is unfair as it is our own money and it is our right to receive this money as soon as the contract finishes. They are very good at writing polite sentences such as the comments in response to people’s review. We appreciate your polite responses, really, but what matters more is to take action on issues!!

I dealt with Ralph when finding a new property. He was extremely professional, responsive and very good to deal with. I would definitely recommend Ralph to anybody looking to find a property as he was by far the best estate agent I dealt with when finding a property.

Sam and Rhys are both fantastic agents. They are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. As I travel a lot and am always in different time zones, they accommodate my odd hours schedule and ad hoc viewing and discussion requests. They also feed me with the latest market news/transaction prices so that I can make a sensible offer. Reliable agents! Highly recommended!!

Tenant experience - We rented a flat using this particular agency/branch. Overall this was a sub-par experience. Dealing with the agency initially was good or at least as expected, the team has been professional in their communication and very responsive. The service level sadly started to drop post signing the offer - the team has been rather unhelpful in communicating promptly thereafter, contract negotiation lasted 3 weeks with lack of transparency over the process. Closer to the move-in date we had lots of hiccups with them which just adds to an overall not-so-great experience (i.e. the agent initially communicated the Internet is 'included' which ended up meaning that it's available in the building and we'd have to pay for it - small thing but not great after incurring cancellation fees for a current contract and having to set it up again; we scheduled an inventory check and their third party completed that without us, before we got there (?), keys didn't work etc. you get the gist).

Posting for this for my mother who had an outstanding experience recently, selling a premier property around Bermondsey Street. The whole team were professional, communicative, diligent, and efficient. Particular thanks go to Becks who went over and above, and really made the experience stress-free for my mother. He looked after her incredibly well - my brother and I are extremely grateful for his thoroughness and kindness throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Ellie was great, she took time to show us around some key properties and was both incredibly responsive and helpful at all stages. Sadly, we did not end up finding through KF but I will certainly be reaching out to Ellie should we look to move in the future. Thanks again Ellie!

after i have a chat with Charlie and he book an appoint for me, we decide to see the flat and give him the deposit because i will need to move there asap.This guy call me 2 min before to cancel my view because on my way there someone already took the flat. How is possible to book a view 3 days in advance i spoke with them and in next 40 min (on my way there) to get cancel. is this professional? I call back to the Prime London Residential and the guy Darwin tell my this is life, i ask for a manager and he give me rude attitude and saying they don't have and that company is "independent". If you looking for a company full of rude scammers who don't give a f* about your time and plans, this one is just perfect.

I have used PL both as a landlord, and now as a vendor too. Having used many others over the last twenty, years, they are the best by some distance. Even in the last year they have always maintained full connectivity with me, and by the looks of things, have increased staff. Hats off to Joseph, and the rest of the team too.

I've had a great experience with Devon at Prime. He has been great at keeping me updated with relevant properties to let and has recently helped us to find a new flat. Devon was proactive at contacting landlords to make sure the property was available on suitable dates and has also helped answer any questions since we have had our offer accepted.

We had a viewing booked yesterday for a rental property - nobody showed up, or even called to let us know they had cancelled. We tried calling the office but got no answer. We never received a confirmation email for the viewing, so didn't even know the full street address, or the number of the agent who should have been showing us round. Two other people were also there for the same viewing at the same time (?). I emailed to complain and was just told "you must have been in the wrong place then."

Joe did a brilliant job with this flat purchase. He was proactive until I had the keys in my hands.
