It’s really very happy to me to share my experience with Hampton, I have dealt with Hampton Knightbridge branch it was really professional staff starting with Mr. Joe who host me very kindly in the first sight, then I met the best person who ever you can deal with, the property manager of my place her name is Sana, Sana is one of the best person who responses corporate and interact very very fast and professional with all parties which really makes me feel the service from intangible to tangible with warm welcoming and I had been phone before 6 weeks to solve specific problem and I surprised that she keeps helping me with very very broken voice then I discover she was sick and she solve the issue regarding the flat, I wrote this view out of respect and appreciate regarding the appropriate work to the team generally and Sana specifically اذا تريدوا تستأجروا عند هامبتون تاكدوا أن Joe و Sana موجودين بكل بساطه افضل أشخاص في لندن تقدروا تتعاملو معهم وشكرا

Awful customer service

Bought a Canada Goose coat from Harrod’s, not a cheap item for son’s birthday. It was delivered and when we got it out of the box the security tag had been left on. We understand mistakes happen and Harrod’s said send back and they would reimburse the postage which was £28 approx. I did this and emailed the receipt as asked as proof of postage. We received a new coat albeit past my sons birthday. Since then which is two weeks down the line , they don’t reply to my emails and when I phone they say they will get someone to call and make the refund. Today is the 3rd week of making a call and told the same thing. Surely someone has the power to make the refund when I call. Still waiting Harrod’s! Shocking service from such a well known brand and in these difficult times you would think they would be trying to encourage you to spend with them. I have been out off buying anything ever again from them. Total lack our empathy and customer service!

My wife and I recently retired and decided to spend a year in London. We had spent a lot of time looking at flats on-line but when we were here in October I popped into Harrods Brompton Rd. office and met Aaron Hopkins. He understood exactly what we were looking for and showed us three lovely flats in a building. We selected one and have now been here almost two weeks and love it The entire experience from Aaron to his letting coordinator Emelia to the agent in charge of day to day Monica has been a dream. Now if it will only warm up a bit.....

Thanks to JLL for letting me rent an apartment with full of problems and no one wants to solve the problems for me. I have to wait for a long time to receive the response from the staff and all they have done is keep letting me wait. Update: It has been more than half a year, no one fixes the problems, the agency kept letting me wait, landlord never reply. I am living in a room with a lot of broken items.

I have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon (Chelsea) was outstanding, especially during this COVID period. A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. Just let our flat, with Kate Flynn and team doing an excellent job. They provided a realistic valuation, brought in quality potential tenants for viewings, and provided too-notch advice when another agent found potential tenants who proved to be unscrupulous. With so many other agents endlessly focused on the hard sell or highly inexperienced, it was really refreshing to work with JLL’s experienced, sensible team who seemed focused on taking care of clients. After I submitted my request with a very reasonable offer for a flat, I got no response after 48 hours in what is a very tricky time for landlords ahead of the holidays. Not even a counter to ask me to offer more. I had to keep texting my agent for updates, the agent couldn’t even be proactive on that front. When you factor in the demographics of the Knightsbridge neighborhood I was considering and look at my name which featured on my offer to the landlord, I can’t help but wonder if I was being ignored in the hope I would just go away — an endeavor in which they certainly succeeded. By the way do you see a pattern in the type of names here that are posting poor reviews based on their experience? Interesting....
