James and the SA team are exceptional. They go above and beyond, don't BS or mess around, and tell you how it is. They'll also work tirelessly to ensure that they're serving both landlords AND tenants as best they can, within reason and swiftly. Couldn't expect anything more. Having dealt with unscrupulous estate agents in the past, I was pleasantly surprised to deal with such a nice, honest and hard-working team. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY or RIGHT ROOM THEY ARE CRIMINALS READ THIS FIRST Company is very misleading. They sell you a property which in regards to bills they say is all included and the responsibility of the landlord. After you pay them a deposit they then tell you that the bills are the responsibility of the tenant as there is a top up meter in the property which they were only made aware of. Their solution was to get an existing tenant from the property to bear sole responsibility for payment of the bills. The fact there was a tenant there already, simple due diligence would suggest they should of or already did know about the meter. They then refuse to refund you even though they violated the tenancy by changing the terms. DO NOT USE this company or Right Room unless you just want to give your money away.

When I first came to the UK started working with other agencies and they charged me a fee only for looking into places. Hopefully, I decided to join Right Room and the first person I met was very professional and sensitive about my thoughts and ideas. Iuli helped me to find a beautiful place in Hackney Central for living. The price was good and the location was simply perfect. There is always something to improve or fix in the house, but I’m sure they will assist us anytime. Thank you! M

Billy has amazing customer service and knowledge of what he was talking about. I was viewing one property however he took me around to several properties within my criteria. He is professional and knows his stuff. I would recommend right room and Billy who I dealt with, you won’t be disappointed.

I had a very bad experience with buying property through this agency. Riddled with lies and exaggeration. Bad mannered agents who are working solely based on on their own profits and interest. Because of this, I lost a property which I was highly interested in, but they prioritiedrioritd their own private clients who paid them bigger commisions.I would never buy or sell again through this agency.

Great team always helpful and willing to help share advise. It was a great experience purchasing properties from Charan and Pav was always there to complete the sales and follow up till the end. And when it comes to rental, Dave was very experienced in evaluating the property, putting it on the market and achieving the target rental income. Miss Dervish has managed our purchase process very well and helped us a lot during the whole process.
