Really happy with the service I received from North West 6 who sold my flat. They took care of everything while I was unable to travel to London because of lockdown. Michael was very friendly, courteous and professional, always getting back to me promptly. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process of selling leasehold properties. Recommended.

Our experience with North West 6 has been amazing. We have had a few minor teething issues with our rental however Hansha has always sorted these very efficiently and communicated quickly with the landlord, sorting our concerns out in a timely manner and to a superb standard. Northwest 6 have gone above and beyond and I can really recommend them. Such a nice change compared to our past experiences with inefficient estate agents. We will definitely stay as tenants with NW6!

Very disappointing service. The agent made us wait for an hour for viewing a property and ultimately didn't turn up. He was not even answering the phone. Later had to call the general line and some other agent arranged for viewing and made us wait more, didn't even like the property. Overall unprofessional and unreliable. Not recommended.

They really care about their tenants, they want you to feel well when you deal with them - and me being swedish staying in London since september id say thats a damn rare feature! Rizwan was my specific agent but the whole agency got involved to help me out as quick and easy as possible - and they never took more than an hour to reply to my messages either, top class service even for a budgetized student like me. I wanted to rent ASAP and I spoke to Milad who found me a suitable home and according to my needs. The process was made very easy and he was very helpful.

We felt lucky to work with Daniel as our home listing agent. Daniel and his team are very professional. He gave us the helpful advices on necessary improvement of the home before listing, and came out right price for the market. His marketing team did very good job on marketing and staging the home, took really nice photos and wrote a better descriptions. He has a group of professional contractors, they really did an excellent job on renovation and repairs. Daniel really took care of our home well. Daniel and his team are very responsive and hard working. Sometimes we get his email or message in the really early morning and late night. He put a lot of attention for details and communicating with clients effectively, which makes our whole selling process as smooth as possible. Overall we are extremely happy about the service which Daniel provided. I give Daniel my highest recommendation.

Zoe was our estate agent from Homeview and she was very understanding and responsive. We dealt with a really tough situation re our flatmate and she did everything in her power to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as humanly possible. On the rare occasion that things needed sorting in the flat- we’d see action literally the next day to get it dealt with. Once you're moved in and paying rent they don't care. There have been regular leaks, agency was told the roof needs proper work but they are only willing to pay for patching up little bits which means the roof keeps leaking. It took them roughly 3 years to fix the front and flat door after 2 break - ins. Recently I needed to ask them for proof of address with specific information by a deadline. Their agent didn't read anything of what I emailed and forwarded a document which didn't include half of the information required. I sent screenshots of my correspondence with him and his unhelpful responses to the gov who thankfully let me off...

By far the best agency I have dealt with! From the viewing with Afi who organised it for me within a hour due to personal time constraints to Osman who does all the behind the scenes work to finalise the lease and get everything sorted and perfect for us to move in! Thanks to Osman and his attention to detail our move into the property was super smooth. And for anything we needed/need he will always get back to us within the same day. We’ve never had this level of commitment from any agency both as a tenant and as landlords ourselves. I can’t recommend Osman and the team at CJon enough to anyone looking for a professional and honest real estate agency to deal with.
