LANDLORDS PLEASE AVIOD!! Sonia estate charges tenant’s a different amount to what it says on YOUR tenancy. All along, you are receiving XXx amounts of rent with high turnaround of tenants, and every other month of unnecessary repair costs, as well as the deficit periods. Only to find out, that your poor tenants have been paying “monthly top ups in cash” to Sonia estate. Disgusted

I have neutral feelings....They are good at providing you what you want regarding the Property search,service and are very sincere. Once you move into property, there will be some issues like Arranging Council Tax for new tenant,Sudden change of Electricity company without Landlord notice,which will ultimately create lot of delay and confusion to Tenant.when you ask them why this has happened,the answer is " WE WORK THAT WAY"Need to improve on this. Despite of all this, Mr.Tim is very cooperative. Good Luck.

Excellent stress-free service and advice when renting our flat to tenants for the first time. Tim really explained the process and helped us at every stage. He was v professional and kept us updated throughout. He made us feel confident about the tenants and was v trustworthy and honest. As a result of all this, I cannot recommend them enough!

I would actually "recommend" this lettings agents so others can experience the poor service themselves and leave the deserved reviews/stars because a 3.4star overall rating is still too much for their guality. Long story short, put an offer for a property which I was even recommended for by ex-tenants, kept getting delayed just so they can do more viewings hence hoping for a better offer. Edit : With better communication we managed to sort the misunderstandings and differences and I have to admit that I was wrong in saying there was no effort from agent's side. The fact that they committed into listening to my statement of dissatisfaction it is enough to change my point of view regarding their work.

Extreme but really extremely unfriendly. Call and say my name at the beginning, I will listen. Wait a minute, tell me your name first !!!! Is it still possible, they don't want to sell something, I'm being rude, I wouldn't even buy something for free from them. Stay AWAY !!!!
