I highly recommend Charlotte White-Smith as she helped me a lot during my renting process. I was outside of UK so I did not have chance to visit home but she has spent a lot of time to get the keys, do an online viewing and get paperwork completed. I am overall very happy with the process.

Ben de Gennaro has gone above and beyond for me with my current tenancy as due to covid restrictions I could not be there for the new tenants check in. Ben went out of his way to send photographs of the interior post the last tenants so I could organise maintenance works and then was my eyes and ears on how the works were handled. He came to my assistance when the fire and smoke alarm went missing a day before the new tenancy and procured it for me. He also assisted with finding a new gas safety contractor when there was an issue with one I had located. He is 100% the reason I would continue to let my property via Hamptons. Always courteous and professional and calm even when things were going wrong so close to new tenancy start.

I recently had an excellent experience working with Hamptons - who were quick to help me with my queries and advise me with what I was looking for - in particular with William Rees-Povey from the sales department. Both professional and extremely helpful, one can count on him and the team to help at any time. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and advised me throughout my time working with him. I have to say I have been 100% happy with their letting and now management service. I moved to them when another agent was struggling to even get viewings - after 3 months I moved - Hamptons got me 2 offers (Benedetto is superb) in a week and now we use Amy to manage the property and she is excellent, efficient and responsive!

THEY DO NOT RESPOND ON TIME, THEY ARE THIEVES AND THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE FULL PERSPECTIVE OF AN ACCOMMODATION (FOR EXAMPLE THEY SAID CLEANERS COMES TWICE A WEEK TO CLEAN THE COMMUNAL AREAS HOWEVER THAT IS NOT THE CASE BECAUSE THE TOILET AND BATHROOM CONSTANTLY DIRTY AND THE WALLS OF THE ACCOMMODATION HAD WEIRD DARK MARKS ON IT REGULARLY, THIS WAS THE ACCOMMODATION IN 29 COURTFIELD GARDENS). I KNOW THEY ADVOCATE FOR THE LANDLORD HOWEVER, WHENEVER YOU SPEAK TO THEM ABOUT AN ISSUE THEY DO NOT RESPOND ON TIME OR GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE. I ASKED THEM TO PROVIDE ME WITH A LETTER TO CONFIRM THAT I INFACT LIVE IN THE ACCOMMODATION TO UPDATE MY UNIVERSITY STATUS BUT I NEVER RECEIVED AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS TO THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY (MY DOOR LOCK BROKE THE MINUTE I MOVED IN AND THEY DIDN'T SORT IT OUT UNTIL I LITERALLY HAD TO FORCE THEM TO MOVE OUT AND THEY ONLY LET ME DO THAT A WEEK AFTER). THE WHOLE ACCOMMODATION IS TRASH, TOTALLY A WASTE OF MONEY AND THE AGENT/LANDLORD ARE THIEVES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY THAT IS HOW BAD THEY ARE. THE WORST OF THE WORST IS THAT THEY WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR DEPOSIT NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THEY DON'T CARE IF THEY ARE THE ONES AT FAULT AND THEY DON'T TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION YOUR EXPLANATIONS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR BREATH ON THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE THE WORST, DO NOT LET THE LOCATION PERSUADE YOU INTO DOING SOMETHING YOU WOULD REGRET. YOU ARE WELCOME TO SPEAK TO THE OTHER TENANTS THAT ALSO WENT THROUGH THIS AGENCY THAT STILL LIVES IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND THEY WOULD CONFIRM THIS. NOT ONE OF THE TENANTS ARE HAPPY WITH THIS AGENCY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSITS AND STOP RESPONDING TO YOUR MESSAGES. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD THAT IS HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE. THEY ARE SOO BAD THAT THE AGENT THAT SHOWED ME THE PLACE THE FIRST TIME LEFT AND SHE EVEN APPOLOGISED TO ME BEFORE SHE LEFT. THAT IS THE EXTENT OF HOW BAD THAT WHOLE AGENCY IS. YOU CANNOT EVEN CONTACT ANYONE (INCLUDING MAINTENANCE) LIKE IT ALL HAS TO BE VIA EMAILS AND THEN THEY TAKE 5-10 WORKING DAYS TO ANSWER. I have uploaded some taster pictures of the state of the accommodation. Do not let the location fool you, the accommodation itself is not to a great standard and it is not worth it at all. THEY PROBABLY PAID PEOPLE TO LIE ON THEIR REVIEWS AND GIVE THEM 5 STARS OR THEY ARE SIMPLY BOTS.

We just bought a flat in South Ken through Interlet and the experience was extremely positive. Federico was the selling agent and was very professional and worked all through the Covid and Xmas time to show the house and answer our questions. Great service and experience.

Huge thanks to Interlet, especially Alexa, for making my stay in London absolutely delightful. I was in need of an apartment in March 2020 and signed a contract just two days after my first call to Interlet. The apartment in Kensington was just as lovely as shown in the pictures which made me sign right away. The people at Interlet have been fantastic in regards of communication and helpful in any topic. If I'm returning to London I know exactly who I will contact again. Can recommend Interlet to anyone interested in living in west London, you won't be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with Interlet and the rep Alicia Lubeck. She was a total pro and handled a difficult job as were placing three high level actresses and a director into short term housing during the pandemic. Couldn't have hoped for a better outcome! Would use Alicia and Interlet again for sure.

AVOID dealing with this shambles of a company - Don’t book a viewing with Tess Silcock from Strutt & Parker, she don’t show up and goes on annual leave instead! Relocating to London from Lincolnshire for work. Arranged a viewing at 12 Aubrey Road a week in advanced with Tess which also was confirmed via email. She did not turn up, called the office and was told she is on annual leave and that property has been taken off for rent. They advised me that they would call Tess and try get her to contact me directly. After 10 min Tess called me directly and confirmed this property was not available as the landlord decided he didn’t want to rent it out anymore. When asked why she didn’t tell me this a few days before so we didn’t have to waste our time coming (baring in mind we had travelled 3hr from the north to get to London) she responded they were too busy taking it off their website. I thought are you being serious? Surely you would let the potential renter know as soon as possible that it’s not available!!! It was a wasted journey, luckily enough we had a few other viewings which all the estate agents had SHOWED UP! You might wanna take note Tess, very unprofessional, flippant attitude and it might do you some good getting some customer service training. I wouldn’t trust this company to find someone to rent your property, go else where there’s plenty of estate agents in London! There not worth any stars if that was a option!!

I was dealing with Orla while in Japan and she was always the first to respond versus other agents. Our experience of dealing with Orla O'Sullivan has been excellent in the middle of the Coronavirus crisis. She found the perfect apartment for us at a time everything was complicated by Covid. They kept me fully informed throughout. I felt immediately a commitment to act in my best interests. Over the years, i have worked with quite a few estate agents, Amanda does stand out: she is professional; she asks questions to understand your needs and she listens; she offers the right amount of advice and helps you to make the deal happen with a few viewings only. Above all, she is super responsive which is what makes the whole experience truly pleasant!

I didn't have the best experience. The flat I'm renting turned out to have several issues which have been slowly fixed, but it seems like every week a new one arises. Since I moved from abroad I couldn't see the flat myself before renting it. It was quite distressing to arrive and find that the flat had mice, a construction site next door, wood panels falling, and a leak. It felt like I wasn't provided with all the information. After discussing the issues with Knight Frank they did what was on their hands, but I wish I could have known about the issues before deciding to sign a lease. Besides the issues with the flat, Laura and Rose were quite friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

Given the very tight timeframe, I am particularly grateful for the effort he put into making the process as efficient and enjoyable as possible. I have rented a property last year that Charlotte Heaton manages on behalf of the owner. We have had a few issues with the property but Charlotte is always quick to help resolve them and is a great calming and friendly person to deal with. Mountgrange Heritage is a great agency. We moved into our flat last year in April at the beginning of the pandemic and they were very supportive and made the move smooth. Diana Kubicki was super friendly and helpful and assisted with all the questions/requests we had. I would definitely recommend using them for finding a flat! Also, they have a pet friendly section on their website which helped me find the perfect flat to rent given I have a cat.

This is the core value of the company - "When will landlords learn?? Why use an estate agency that doesn't belong to a reputable redress organisation, governing body? Would you use a travel agent that wasn't ATOL registered? NO you wouldn't. Although i am not privy to a lot of details of this case, but i bet your bottom dollar that this agent fees were a lot lower than most? Not affiliated to any governing body? Educate landlords is the only way!"

I called to inquire about letting a property in Chelsea. The gentlemen I spoke to was so rude. From the onset of the conversation had a bad attitude, as I was disturbing him. Very poor customer service. Most the properties listed on Prime location show the exact same photos. How can several have the same rooms. Very dodgy. There are so many other estate agents in London - this one is a miss for sure.

This company has been managing 3 properties for me for 7 years. They are efficient and reliable and easy to communicate to. I would not trust anybody else to look after my properties and would highly recommend them.
