Have not been my favourite to work with and do not instill a very strong sense of trust. They also are beyond dismissive of our budget, as though our money is not good enough. Forgive us all for not being able to afford a 1.55M quid property (which seems to be their magic number). Seems many of these reviews are for letting side, so to be clear my experience is on the sales side. Cannot speak to letting.

Winkworth were a delight to work with. I couldn't recommend them anymore if I tried. I worked closely with Gurdeep, he is a very diligent and patient professional, which was perfect given our personal circumstances. As a first-time landlord, I found Winkworth to be excellent partners in renting out my property. Aaron, the lettings director, has been brilliant in keeping me up-to-date and pulling out all the stops in trying to find tenants during this difficult time. I am particularly impressed with their patient approach of taking time to find the right tenants and never felt as though corners were being cut to get someone, anyone in. The whole process of vetting prospective tenants was clear and easy to follow. Great work all 'round. Thoroughly recommended!

Just a note of excellent review for Winkworth Kensal Rise/Queens Park. Andy at Winkworth was fantastic with incredible hard work, commitment, expertise, and skills at keeping us sane, that we relied on so much during our rather challenging sale process. We were massively pleased that we had chosen these guys as our agent. From the initial meeting where manager Stewart was the only person who really took the time to consider the best pricing approach and strategy (out of 11 potential agents!), and then Andy being fantastic from start to finish, knowing just when to be patient and when to push. I sold my house with Mike Estates (Kensal Rise branch)Really excellent service - Kyle always kept in touch, went out of his way to ensure he attended all viewings , befriended my dog to facilitate viewings , ensured Covid guidelines kept to and achieved a sale. After the offer he kept in close contact with the buyer and h and the buyers solicitor. Really recommend them.

Excellent service from Miles Estates, especially Kyle. Real please to work with them. Even from the outset Kyle organised viewings back to back to make things a lot easier. Kyle is very easy to speak to and honest and not the typical wheeler dealer you find at most other estate agents. Thanks again Kyle.

Superb estate agents!! Charlie was absolutely amazing in every step of the way, and went above and beyond to help me! Super lovely! I can honestly say that this is the best rental experience I have ever had in London. From the viewing all the way until moving in, Charlie made sure that everything went super smooth, did everything he could to help and he overall made this process really positive and human! I was looking for an independent estate agents to sell my property. I wanted to ensure the person I used was someone that I felt comfortable with while going through the daunting process of selling and buying in a chain during a global pandemic! I was recommended Warwick Estate Agents and from the initial conversation with Richard Lehrer I felt completely at ease and able to discuss my worries and concerns without judgement. I am a worrier and I had a lot of anxiety around selling my home of 23 years, my first home and had no idea how the process of being in a chain worked. The photographer that Richard sent to take the photographs of the property was great. The photos really brought out the best aspects of the property and this generated a huge amount of interest. In the first 2 weeks of having the property online, we got loads of viewings and three offers in the first week! Once I had accepted an offer, Richard helped guide me the whole way through the process both for my sale but also on my onward purchase. Due to the pandemic, people working from home and the rush brought on by the stamp duty holiday, getting all solicitors in the chain to work at a pace I wanted was impossible. This caused me a lot of stress and anxiety but thankfully anytime I had a wobble, Richard was at the end of the phone and helped me to get things into perspective. I had underestimated the emotions that would be involved in the process! I am so glad that I chose Richard at Warwicks as I really feel I could not have got through the process without his calm, experienced and professional manner. I am now happily in my new home and wanted to thank Richard and the team in the office (Lucia and Nicole) for always being available and responsive to my needs. Highly recommended

Highly recommend this team ! I have had a 100% positive and stress free experience with the team at Daniel's putting my flat on the market for sale. Very organised with viewings and regular feedback. A friendly and professional team, who are super responsive, efficient and pro-active. Tony, Leigh and Umar are all very communicative . Tony was really helpful in sharing his extensive knowledge of the local property market and was also very accessible and easy to talk to , always following through really promptly on messages and emails . Highly recommend and I would always go back to Tony and team for any future purchase or sale. Thank you !

Great agency. We recently rented a house in Kensal Rise via Daniels that we found online. My partner and i had to move super quickly from Ireland due to a new job opportunity in London. We experienced an exceptional service from the initial short list of recommended properties, flexible and convenient house viewings at weekends / evenings through to straight forward negotiations with the landlord and a clear explanation to the process, contract that we were signing and inventory. AVOID! Terrible at managing property - slow to respond, no sense of urgency, high staff turnover which means that issues go back to square one when people leave. Do not use as a property management company.

Wenlock & Taylor have been the "property management" of our buildings since we moved in although I'd use the word management VERY loosely! ALL emails go unanswered and when phoning their offices, you are bluntly told "no" when asking to speak to the relevant person. We have complained about: - Drug users injecting heroine within the buildings due to intercom systems not working correctly - Domestic properties being used for commercial purposes (uninsured and using open flames to process their product, not to mention the smell and having to involve the Police due to no correspondence or follow ups from Wenlock & Taylor!) - Other tenants disposing of refuge incorrectly leading to a rat infestation - Squirrels nesting in our loft space due to a hole in the awning (an issue allegedly passed on from the exterminator on his first visit 5/6 years ago!) Headed letters are sent to EVERY TENANT, threatening an increase in our yearly service charge rather than them spend any time into investigating and correcting the issues. In conclusion, I wouldn't trust Wenlock & Taylor to manage a piss up in a brewery and clearly show themselves to be opportunistic money grabbers. I would strongly advise any renter or buyer to SERIOUSLY consider ANYONE else before resorting to this "management" company!

Good job I listened to my husband( he is just plumber, not highly educated, but as sharp as a tack) he saw through the inept high handed Richard soles who inhabit this company, if I had listened to this shower off incompetence I could have lost over half a million pounds in summary if u don't want to know what your property is really worth then use this. Firm, I wouldn't let them value or sell a doll's House
