He also suggested another property that we were very interested in and managed to get us a viewing that day. Daniel got access permission to the property at 1pm and was there to view it with me at 1:30! He has been super responsive to all of my emails and answered all of my questions really well. I booked to view three flats with ludlowthompson and I was greeted by Beth in two of them at the door of the property, bang on time, ready and keen to take me through the viewing of the flats I was interested in. Beth has this inviting, captivating smile and energy. She was very easy to talk to, keen to help and was able answer most of my questions in regards to the property. And for those that she couldn’t she immediately emailed all the details the day after from the office. What I also appreciated was the follow up after the viewing a few days later and the continuous attempt to assist with suggestions of potential properties based on my criteria and most importantly my needs. I dont usually write reviews, and don’t know much about ludlowthompson, but what I certainly felt is that I was well looked after in the best possible way and that was thanks to Beth in particular. Ashley Ward showed me two flats and was very professional, friendly, and was well informed. He explained things about the market and the process of buying a house and was always open to questions. I just moved out to one of the flats they managed. It was awesome. I met Omar on that day I inquired. He is very accommodating and very professional. He is very helpful too since it was my first time to look for an apartment and live on my own. He was not bothered at all even if I have lots of questions and some of the questions are even nonsense ones.Omar is very efficient. Syed was very helpful in keeping everything moving forward in a timely and efficient manner. I was needing to move quickly and he was great with updating me and making sure things were on schedule so I didn’t have to spend longer than I would like living in between places. Omar is amazing! He called me back whilst me and my girlfriend were stressed out about where we moving as we only had a few weeks to find a place.
