Very disappointing and unprofessional service. They failed to arrange a second viewing that would have helped me with my move, as they could not find the keys to the flat I was about to rent and occupy. They even had one month to arrange this second viewing and they did not. I was promised a clean flat and instead they did not provide the standard professional cleaning service. The flat had rubbish on the floor and the furniture next to the bed had a used Durex (sex/body product) inside it. All these happening during the COVID pandemic even, where such hygiene should have been an even more important priority. In addition for a week after my move they have not responded to my request not to provide an exit cleaning (paid by myself) as I was never offered one when I moved to the flat. In my 11 years in London I've never experienced any agent like this. This list is not even exhaustive. Avoid this agent at all costs.

I have just rented a flat through Chase Evans. Martin has been absolutely fantastic from day 1, he did a virtual viewing, has kept me informed of every step and has continued to help above and beyond while I settle into my new home and sort all the things that usually need sorting with a new place! Tereza was also incredibly efficient in getting all the paperwork completed. Overall very happy and would recommend.

I recently rented a bedroom flat with this agency. I have often changed estate agencies and I must say that so far this is the best. The referral process took a week, very fast and there were no problems. Michael and Tereza were very kind and professional.

Super impressed with how quickly everything was done. Moved into the flat just 2 and a half weeks after initially viewing it. Conor was really helpful and friendly. He showed me around and told me everything that i needed to know and was so helpful in making things move so quickly. Tereza was also fast at replying to our emails and sending over all the documents which we needed fo get completed. Overall am very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend to anyone :)

Recently bought a property sold through JBrown. Generally rather responsive and flexible for booking viewings, etc. but pretty useless once there were any queries. Most disappointing, we weren’t provided a full set of keys on purchase - told to sort it ourselves with mgmt or ask our new neighbours to get copies. Not great. Unclear updates on what was delaying the purchase once all things were fulfilled on our side. Took lots of repeated questions to get any answers to minor queries on the property.
