Well, it all started well, the process of renting a property ran quite smoothly. After moving in, I experienced quite a lot of problems with the newly refurbished house. I spent two weeks waiting for them to sort things out with the toilets and bathrooms. I could not use them and although it was an urgency, their response was veeeery slow. I only managed to get the things sorted out when I contacted the builders myself, directly. I was also told that I would have access to the garden and shed and that the works they were doing would not take more than 2 weeks. Well, it's been almost 2 months now, I cannot use the garden, the builders are still using my electricity and water (after complaining they offered to deduct £50 ONLY from my rent this month) and the cherry on top of the cake was being told that the shed was not included n the price. "If you don't agree you are more than welcome to leave". Customer service plays such a great part n this kind of business but unfortunately the maintenance team does not have it. They should think very carefully on developing that skill if they want to earn credibility.

Have been renting with ABC Gone for two years and find the agency hard to communicate with. They are only ever in contact when they need something from you but never when you need help yourself. However, Chris was the only agent that no matter what question (even if he could not answer) would respond and be there to listen, regardless if he could help or not. Thank you Chris, for making an experience for a first time renter reassuring when you were always there to help 😊

Have been a tenant with ABC and have found them to be friendly, polite and easy to deal with. No agent is perfect and it's not an easy job as worked in this industry before. ABC always have returned my calls and emails and I would recommend them. Zivile has been awesome! I have also had the pleasure of dealing with their maintenance man called Jag and he is helpful, hardworking and a genuinely nice guy who gets things done and is good at his job. At first, I wasn’t too keen on ABC Gone, mainly due to a few disagreements at the start of our tenancy between them and us but over time this view has changed. Whenever we have had an issue with our property and have raised the issue to ABC Gone they have been very responsive and very helpful at getting it resolved. Chris, in particular, has been outstanding! His work rate to help when have had a problem is second to none, from talking to us late in the day to arrange an engineer visit to giving us advice with a neighbour from hell, without him we probably would have moved out to get away from her!

In searching for a rental apartment in Hackney I've met real estate agents from most of the major companies. I finally settled on an apartment through Savills after viewing a number of apartments with one of their agents, Anthony Casingena and am very happy with the outcome! All the viewings were a pleasure and he has been my favorite agent to work with through the process.

Had a really good experience, highly recommend Savills, especially Sam, who was really professional and very responsive. The renting procedure went smooth. What we appreciated the most was when after initially explaining what we were looking for, Sam suggested only few flats which could be truly good fits (as opposed to some other agents who would send a lot of properties without considering our needs and requirements).

We had a great experience selling our 3 bed flat in De Beauvoir. Tom and Dan in the Savills Hackney office were superb: always responsive, knowledgeable of the local market and easy to work with. We were happy with Tom's valuation, which he had good justification for based on recent comps, and we were really impressed when Savills got us an above asking price offer within a week of it going live on the market. We would highly recommend them.

Very poor service cancelled my tickets due to covid 19 and government guidelines waiting for full refund since March 2020 airline giving full refund but travel agent not giving it on lucky to get even 1 star it is now June 2021 still waiting offered 2/3 back that's minus 1200 pounds what con artist recommend not to use them.

I wish I could give zero stars to Skylord Travel. I purchased flight tickets from the UK to Turkey last October (2019) with Thomas Cook, just before they went bankrupt. The flights with Thomas Cook were cancelled, however Skylord Travel never did me the courtesy to inform me that my flights were cancelled, I had to make last moment purchases and arrangements, and when I contacted them to make a claim for a refund, they informed me that I will receive my money in three months or so. It is now June 2020, 9 months after my flights were cancelled, and I am yet to receive any update from Skylord Travel. All of my attempts to contact them went to pot. I have been kept for hours on their automatic machines before being hang up on. All of my efforts to get back my money, for services I never received have been ignored. I would NOT recommend Skylord Travel to ANYONE and I will NEVER use them again. Skylord Travel were quick to take my money and it came to honouring my customer rights they simply disappeared.

We bought tickets from the agency. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic the ticket was cancelled and the refund should have been issued. it has been 7 weeks and I do not know where is the refund. I spoke to the airline and they said the money was refunded on 12th march 2020. today is 27th april. I guess the guy below is right. they take ages in refund plus we do not have any information from them best to avoid the agency

A big thank you to Neeraj Gupta and Manoj for the efficient way they handled our return back from Mumbai. We got back on the 14th of April 2021, just as the situation in Mumbai was starting to turn for the worse. Our initial flight was postponed by 24 hrs and panic started creeping into us, were we going to get on the postponed flight, get our test done within the stipulated 72 hrs where labs were refusing to do the test let alone give the result in time. Nothing short of being heroes, Both Neeraj and Manoj handled the whole situation calmly and professionally and got us on a flight earlier than the one we were booked on. Hats off to you guys, not only were you guys calm but kept us calm and reassured us throughout. Always a pleasure dealing with you guys, you are God sent to travellers who get the privilege of you two handing our bookings. Keep up the good work, really appreciate your selfless effort that to in tense situation. You both are real gems and valuable assets of Skylord. Never use this Company, they over charge. once they make a sale they would cut off the line if call them with an issue. Lines so bad. Not even a real company. Better off spending more elsewhere. Worst company ever. Cons

Took holding deposit from me. Then offered me to view said property. Highly unprofessional for an agent to do this. Also refusing to refund HOLDING deposit. Also was very annoyed with the social distancing measures they failed to show. I was viewing property and in the middle of viewing someone else came to view ignoring social distancing rules. Nothing was put in place by agent organising viewings. Very poor company in my opinion. Taking advantage of others at a crisis such as this. Disgraceful!

I did had my tenancy for a certain period of time with this company and I enjoyed it. The staff is helpful, kind and any issue in the house, they managed to solve it in short time. Very happy with the services, impressed by the team!

Their services are so poor. They don’t care about their clients. And very unprofessional and rude behaviour.

I have been renting property for a year. Mould came out on the walls after 3 months and got lung infection from it. No hot water in the bathroom - took 8 months to fix it! I haven't been able to wash or shower. End up with a pump which made horrible noise and could not be able to use it at night. When I moved in from new carpets Larvae were coming out. Plenty of holes underneath kitchen sink mices droppings everywhere and of course mice. Agency promised that before I move in I will have a fence in the garden, new tiles in the bathroom and fridge. I had to ask them 3 months to put the fence up and they only did it when I stopped paying rent. Waited months before I got a fridge and when 15year old washing machine broke they weren't interested and I had to buy my own. Mouldy tiles were never replaced. I have been promised parking space in front of the house but after i moved out naighbour said that is theirs and my car cant be parked there! Before I moved out the agent came to the property which was empty and said that the flat is in great condition and they would not have to even repaint it. They promised to return my deposit of 1000 pounds in 7 to 14days. They haven't done it and sent me an email that there are things that they have to repair it in the property 2months after I moved out and they have already rented to somebody else! I have pictures before I moved in and I told them that they have no right to keep my deposit for something it was there before I moved in and after they rent it to somebody else. There were a lot of issues. Now proceeding with the court order to get my deposit back and compensation. AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!

excellent service been renting with them for 5 years. never had a delay with any works that where needed. i have now vacated with them but in future if i need another home i will recommend looking here first.

stay clear from this agency they are operating a scam, they took the keys of my property back in May, changed the locks and put some ghost tenants they were unable to provide me with full name, contact details for the tenants, right to rent check, credit checks but kept hold of my property till date buying time from me to run their dodgy business. The owner is Mr Tahir Rajput and his associate Mr Paul Matthews. If you want to avoid troubles stay well clear of this place. They state on their contract and on their walls that they are are ARLA registered don't be fooled they aren't and this isn't a limited company so you won't find it registered anywhere on company house. Save yourself the hassle honestly

This the worst agency I have ever experienced, they don't care even if you are dying, I reported to them many times about my property but they don't give a damn about it.

I let my property to Wentworth Estates on a guaranteed rent agreement. They sent me a 7day notice that they would not be paying rent as no tenant was present. Even though a look at their website claims that this makes no difference to guaranteed rent. A clear breach of miss selling? The property was left in a mess. Work needed to be carried out before i could rent property again. Despite their claims that they will return the property in good condition, they had not even been round to clean it. Carperts not even hoovered. Off food in fridge. you dont want to know what was left in toilet... Works carried out by them are shoddy to say the least. They painted my walls at some point - very badly. painting over a border around the downstairs and stairway with shocking quality. Got paint on curtains and nets downstairs and upstairs and all over the carpets. Holes in walls(from god knows what) all around the property filled very badly.Carpets in all 3 upstairs bedrooms covered in paint / ink , presumable from a child. drawing/writing on walls. Damaged carpet on stairs.Stains on downstairs carpets.. Downstairs window left open - with property vacated. Water from chilled water to the fridge had been left to leak. The pipe had not been secured after they laid the new kitchen lino. Damp, mouldy patches, and spread to nets and curtains in kitchen. Kitchen lino- fitted by wentworth estates, (tiled effect) not fitted straight, so runs at an angle with kitchen units! just so bad.. Bathroom floor tiles needed regrouting left in a mess, writing on tiles and in between tiles around bathroom. Electric socket frightneningly bodged with a wire (6 amp) running from spur of original socket to one next to it(not concealed). My electrician pulled it out with very minimal force! What would have happened if had been child i dont know, or want to comprehend. A very poorly organised and badly run company. So glad i am not with them any more. Any landlord out there thinking of signing up with them, DONT! To be avoided at all costs!

They were not very helpful in getting back to me about the status of the property I put an offer in for. All I got was a text to inform me. I asked for a call back...but am still waiting.

Their staff are polite and professional,and they treat their landlords in a professional manner which increases the likelihood of their landlords staying with them for a long period of time.Finally the staff are very helpful and they are willing to spend their time helping you with things you find difficult and how to get around it.
