WARNING: Return of the holding deposit difficult. They then did not return the holding deposit until logging complaints and writing reviews lamenting this. Unfortunately, they were bad at communicating with the management company of the building and did not complete the requested renovation. The landlord agreed that our holding deposit should be returned, as the company did not uphold their end of our agreement. They only paid back the deposit after over 2 months and have been somewhat unresponsive towards the logged complaint.

They don't stick at your requests. They don't show up at the appointments. They make lose you time and money.

Flowers wilted 48 hours after receiving them. I contacted customer services to ask for a replacement, providing photos. They said no. Have always used Mcqueens as believed the quality of product and the service was worth the money, but this was a poor experience.

Found Property have been beyond helpful. Organising a viewing was easy and they had patience while I/our group discussed the property initially which took a lot of stress and pressure out of the moving experience, especially during a pandemic! This meant we could spend the time ensuring we made the right property decision - which of course, we did! They're responsive with maintenance issues/queries and we have a lot of trust in the whole team.
