I confirmed one property and given booking amount as well. After submitting all documents all going good we done property for long term let and other side I given notice to my current landlord..just before 1 week of moving they told me that you get this property for only three month .they said now landlord is not able to give this property for long term so they reduced some rent as well but that's no point for three months ..bt still I have to agree with that and then just one day before even not one day just 12 hour before they call me and they said property have some issue and now you can't move there and they offer me studio flat instead of one bhk flat .. I already done arrangements for moving. Also given advance payment to the person for moving. I loss that money, and time as well. Got stuck on the last moment. Not recommended at all. Hope google had a option to give 0 rating.

Tried to arrange viewing a property. They called me to ensure I would still be attending early in the morning, then sent a reminder email....then they cancelled the viewing 45 minutes before 'due to staff shortages'. If this is how they arrange viewings, I'd hate to think how they manage properties!

Sold my property through Move Inn. I was recommended by a friend who also sold thorough the agency. My property was on the market with another local agent who struggled to sell it. Had to write a review! We were overly impressed with RPS today with it being New Years Eve, we had a major issue in our rented property which we gave to RPS to manage for us. The boiler had stopped working and the tenants were without heating or hot water. Although RPS was closed for the festive break they prioritised this urgent matter and managed to get the issue sorted for my tenants in the same day. Such a breath of fresh air knowing I could count on them! Thank you for everything you have done, especially today.

Happily would recommend RPS. They have been looking after me and ensuring any issues in my property I am renting off them are looked after straight away. Definitely one of the best agents i have rented off

Poor customer service and discriminatory practices, please avoid! Won’t allow entry to office when displaying a clearly visible exemption badge. Anyone who isn’t aware that you can be exempt from wearing a face covering cannot be trusted to know the law in regards to selling houses. Poor show

Poorest of the poor experience. They force you to clean your apartment buying unnecessary Amway products and afterwards will deduct money for cleaning. Even they don't visit before you leave your apartment so that they can do fraud business

Worst and horrible experience!!!! Staff are very unprofessional doesn't want to listen to their customers. If they make a mistake doesn't want to accept it. One time they will tell you something and they change their words in a minute. Very unreliable. My request to everyone is never ever go to this estate agent especially Hounslow west branch.

Wonderful service provided by my long-term Agency. As a landlord I must admit that during the 10 years of them managing my 6 properties, they have provided us with an excellent service, rent is paid on time, the condition of every property and their selection of tenants for each of my properties have been first-class. Many 'Estate Agencies' have come and GONE in Hounslow, Some of whom have 'taken' deposits and never returned them, some have never even paid me rent for Months but Lambourne SAVED ME!!! They have been around for almost 30 years and are the only ones that I can Trust in Hounslow. Wonderful service and would recommend to any Landlord to rent out their property or even Sell.
