Mr Muhammad Asif was very professional, cooperative n very helpful. He never rushed me through a house, let us take my time and allowed me to really get a feel for the properties I visited. Excellent company and well run by partners Jas and Nick. A long winded sale due to the need to obtain probate, that ended with a lot of tension when after five months, the buyer delayed exchange until four days before the date we had agreed to complete, then sending a surveyor after previously saying they would not. With it looking likely that the buyer was positioning themselves for last minute re negotiation, Stamfords helped maintain control by mediating and ensured that the sale went through. Recommended.

Disrespectful and rude landloard! Agency not worth a lot at all. Am trying to get a property for my colleagues,i turned up at the property for viewing. I asked if its ok too look around,of course look around. I looked in the rear garden and the person who said he looks after the property not the estate agent representative told me you shouldn't look in the garden, the garden is not part of the property. Excuse me!its the garden of the property your renting so how can it not be! So why didn't you tell me that,who rent a house with out the garden,so he got upset and asked me to leave his property. I have several propertys my self but i was asked by this rotten landloard to leave a rotten kitchen, concrete garden,old house in general and a landloard who will ask you not to use the garden,its not right and upsetting as people that cant afford to buy has to put up with rotten landlords of his nature! The agency person did not do anything at all,it just sad ok for me to leave. Agency should take his property of there books as this treatment of people is not right,and i will report this matter to the hounslow council and HMRC i believe something wrong with this person! Ignorant and small minded people do not know how to treat other people. I would not recommend using this agency,you wont be treated as a person!

Well where can I starts as per previous comments Aeon estates staff and owner Dinesh Patel and Kalyan Pilli who I have be liaising with regarding a property above my flat. Kalyan say's lots of promising words but none have been kept. I have personal experience with being lied to and called a liar and the only words that come out are "is it" or " not in my hands". I have a small child and hubby who work shifts and same with neighbour who also is in the same boat. Tenant's who have been in the flat above are really rude arrogant and noisy, I have taken this up with Kalyan and with Dinesh who argues back with you instead of helping and Kalyan is not suitable for the job as he said I am not a strong person. Would not use these people at all I have taken my issues much further. Also, lied to by Kalyan that we have a caution placed against us what rubbish he knows nothing he again lied to us. One star is way way too much to be giving shame there is not a -1!!!! No emails returned have had to chase up each and every time!

Kalyan and Dinesh are excellent people and very empathetic. They helped me throughout my tenancy. Really a breath of fresh air amongst the really cut throat and cold agency business.

First time renting through Sellers and the LAST for sure!Be careful with the details of the contract before signing it as they don't tell you all the details and also pay attention to their properties as you don't notice the problems they have at first and discover them after moving there and you have to stay one year there against your will as the 6months break clause is only available to the landlord and not the tenant,they seem to care more about the landlord. If you have problems, the manager doesn't even let you speak,he is arrogant and makes you feel inferior to him.He seems nice at first but after signing the contract he stops being nice.He thinks, from my experience that he is always right and you have to do things his way.Be careful with the inventory as well,take photos from the very first day when you move in and if you notice something wrong which is not in the inventory send a photo to them on the first day,otherwise you will be blamed for the damage.Very unpleasant experience!!!

I was a tenant for a few years in a property managed by Sellers Estates. When moving house at the end of my tenancy, I had a bad experience dealing with the management. In terms of conflicts with the landlord, I feel the Sellers Estates management did not support me and always took the side of the landlord. They were quite slow to move things ahead and I had to invest a lot of time, energy and money to move house which could have all been avoided had Sellers Estates been more proactive, customer friendly and better managed

Straight forward process, I have been a tenant for more than 4 years and even if had some problems I have been always promptly assisted.

**** AVOID **** This letting agent has let me down badly. Entrusted with my late grandfathers property for a number of years I was left with an £8k rubbish clearance and refurb cost. The whole place was trashed by the tenants who left without notice or any forwarding address. I've had bailiffs and debt collecting personal constantly turning up to seize goods. It is clear that regular inspections had not taken place. I have received no rent invoices for the whole of the 2016/17 tax year, despite chasing the agent numerous times. The rent paid was well below market value. I actually wonder given no rent invoices if the tenant actually paid the going rate but i certainly never saw the difference ???? This agent has neglected my property whilst taking his commission for the 'management' of it. Please be careful and choose your letting agent wisely.
