My experience with The Property Company was a very good one and I am quite grateful as I know this whole process can sometimes be quite intimidating and stressful. Georgina, the agent who helped me through this process, was really on top of things from the very beginning: she was very quick in replying, both my calls and e-mails and she has a very friendly and straightforward personality which was reassuring and made the whole process very smooth. She is very professional and really makes you feel she is on your side and trying to help the best she can to make things easy and clear for you. I'll come back with a review at the end of tenancy but I am sure everything will go just as well as the renting process.

So far, my experience with The Property Company has been quite good. I find them to be professional and they took their time to explain anything that I did not understand. My application was processed in a timely manner making the move in process easy and straight forward. My property manager Ezgi has been really pleasant to deal with. She responds to emails promptly and goes above and beyond where she can. I will give another review at the end of the tenancy to let you guys know how smooth the Move out process is but so far no complaints here :-)

After an initial hiccup with a scheduled viewing Georgina more than made up for it. She arranged for me to move in within a week and ensured the referencing and inventory checks etc. We’re done ASAP. She also kept following up during the process to ensure I was able to move in quickly. She also provided me with tips on how to deal with my current landlord and was kind throughout. Highly recommended!

I could sit here and talk for days how much I could recommend this amazing Agency but I keep it short. Shaina and Cory have been amazing from booking in the viewing to helping out with any questions or queries I had. Everything went through really quickly and professionally. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and felt really comfortable asking questions knowing how supportive they both are. The online portals they use to get the signatures on the necessary documents were easy and straight forward and I'm super impressed at the tenant management system where you can log any issues that you need addressing and they even help you with getting your bills and internet sorted as soon as possible. Excellent, excellent team. I've worked with many estate agents, including two on this particular sale. Vimal is calm and professional and does exactly what he says he's going to do. Sounds simple but this is actually pretty rare. From beginning to end Marco fully managed the sale. He liaised with us, the buyers, the tradesmen and was regularly in contact with both sets of solicitors. Marco would always know exactly what was going on, I did not have to chase him once. In fact, I'm sure he was the main reason we were in a position to complete within 6 weeks. Super impressed with this team, we will be using them again in the future.

Marco Moloudi took excellent care of us during the very long and convoluted process of us trying to buy a flat in Crouch End! From March 2019 to September 2020 everything went wrong that possibly could, everything was complicated and difficult and delayed and throughout it all Marco was there for us. He was invariably extremely helpful, competent and efficient and always went out of his way to reassure us, to iron out difficulties and facilitate our purchase. He even made himself available to us late on Christmas Eve and I believe he was the one person who was actually instrumental in getting contracts exchanged before Christmas! Without him it would not have happened. Marco is a courteous, intelligent and very pleasant young man, who is excellent at his job; he is a pleasure to deal with and he undoubtedly has a great career ahead of him. We recently purchased Georgia Adam's flat (see her review below) through Anthony Pepe with Joshua Deacon-Holmes. Dealing with an estate agent like Josh was a real breath of fresh air - he was super responsive and polite in his communications, very professional and friendly throughout the conveyance process. This took a tad longer than planned, but he didn't lose his cool. He was very good at joining all the dots, making sure solicitors were talking to each other and that the process was moving on smoothly. He contacted me nearly everyday. I would recommend him highly if you were planning to sell your home. Similarly, the rental department run by Yasmin Reid was very efficient. Yasmin started marketing the property for us a few days before completion, and she secured a rental offer a few hours on the day of completion, when she already had several viewings lined up. I was very impressed. We really loved the flat so we were willing to pay the full asking price for it even though we felt it was overpriced. Our two initial offers, the last being just a few thousands under the full asking price, were turned down after many days of consideration and minimal contact from Josh or anyone in his team, we were basically left in the lurch. So much so, that by the time they got back to us (we chased them quite a bit for an answer) we had already placed an offer on another flat. So reading Georgia's comment that says that Josh went the extra mile to ensure that they got the offer they wanted, was hurtful. Having read that, I wish now I had stuck to my revised 2nd offer (which was a fair offer and over £60k what the seller paid for the property a year before) or just walked away. So in summary, I think if you are a seller, Josh is probably the guy you want selling your house, but if you happen to be a buyer like us, be aware of this, stick to your guns and pay what you feel the property is really worth. I understand that this not uncommon and that estate agents will play you over time, knowing how keen you are, until they get what they want. And indeed we were played. This is a 5-star review because Josh was great to deal with once we had our offer accepted and the conveyance process was in motion. And also because at the end of the day, he did exactly what estate agents are supposed to do - to sell your home for as much as they can while maximising their commission. So no hard feelings or sour grapes Josh, we love the flat, we are very happy with it and you have been really delightful to deal with. So good luck to you and your team!
