Absolutely poor service all round. Had an appointment to view a property. I had arrived and travelled over an hour to view it and then received a call 10 minutes prior to the appointment and was told they didn't have the keys. Was also told by Richard "oh I didn't know you travelled that far", I mean if he had known then what? Poor service

Richard, Nichola and Miriam gave outstanding support when we were selling our property. They really go the extra mile and add a personal touch which is lacking with most estate agents. Highly recommended!

Moving is very stressful no matter what, however, moving in the middle of a pandemic is on another level. I can't recommend Linus enough. Moving house is unbelievably stressful, but Linus always remained calm and considerate and went above and beyond to do his, and in fact other peoples jobs. I can say without hesitation that Linus is the best estate agent I've ever hired. He is professional, effective, persevering, clever, reliable, diligent, calm and an exceptional communicator, many human qualities that I haven't often seen in people in his profession. Due to some exceptional circumstances, our completion process was quite drawn out and he never wavered in concentration, liaising between all the parties and keeping the whole process on track to signature. Just as important as finding a buyer is getting the process to the end and it simply would not have happened without him. Do yourself a favour.....

Where does one even start with this review! Linus is a true professional and provides a first class service - cannot recommend enough. From the beginning of the process when he came to do my survey, he achieved £30k more for the property than the lowest survey price and clearly knew the area and had done his research (ex manager of local estate agent, and when I mentioned his name to the competitor, they flat out said "we are not Linus, and won't offer you the same service; he used to be a manager across the road and can provide the time that we can't"). Linus is a voice of calm and reason, who goes the extra mile to get his client the best possible result. Could not have asked for better, and truly grateful as he no doubt saved me serious stress and anxiety!

We chose Linus above local 'chain' agents and were very happy with our decision. He had offers in on our house and a sale agreed within 10 days and advised us throughout the process. He was readily available and a pleasure to deal with.

I moved into my current property 5 weeks ago and a number of jobs which were promised to us upon arrival are still incomplete. My bedroom which faces the main road still has no curtains which we have been told would come almost every week. I have not been able to dress in private and have sleep deprivation from the street lights and early morning. The sun comes in after lunch and the bay window makes the room into a greenhouse and completely uninhabitable. While the office staff appear friendly and helpful when you go into speak, expressing that they also believe its an unacceptable situation, still nothing gets done. Eddie told me it was unacceptable when we spoke three days after moving in and yet here we are today. There is no excuses for this careless customer service. Now we cannot open the windows in our room due to dust from scaffolding and building work out front - again, this is from work which we were told would be completed before we moved in. I have a severe dust allergy and I have been suffering ever since; this is now making it worse. Upon arrival it was clear that nothing had been cleaned as my allergies immediately flared. Now they are ignoring our calls and send us threatening email about mice, toilet blockages and everything in between stating that they are not liable for any of these issues (?). Very strange behaviour. It seems they spend more time trying to cut corners and stating they are not liable for damage than just doing a good job. The renovations appeared well done but they have just painted everything white. We would like to move forward on a positive note but we have been nothing but patient and have given them the benefit of the doubt. I hope that they can come through and fix these issues ASAP as we are very polite and respectable tenants who want to care and put work into the house but are left with no choice but to escalate this situation further

I have stayed in my rented flat from Eddie Dill at HAM estates for just under a year. I am very sad to leave my place as I really made it home! I am only leaving due to relocation for work. When I first moved in Eddie ensured the garden was made secure by having the fence replaced and he provided requested appliances. I have found communication with him to be good and he has been helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend the agency to anyone wanting to rent in north London. Also the handyman that came to paint my apartment was lovely and very hard working! If I need a flat in that area in the future, HAM estates (particularly Eddie) will be my first point of contact. Thank you for my time in the flat. I will miss it.
