A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Avoid working this agent. Were completely irresponsive and non-cooperative when trying to secure a property with them. The landlord had accepted my offer, hence the holding deposit was transferred. After several emails asking for confirmation of the agreement for the let, and no response, I was told the following day that I will not be getting the property after all, due to an apparent change of heart the landlord had. Now the question I ask myself is whether the landlord too was put of by the incompetence of this establishment, whether it is made up and the property was let to a higher value, or maybe it is true!? I have my guess set.

I have very recently moved into a property let by BPS and I have to say I am extremely impressed with how professional and helpful they have been. They have always responded to my (many!) emails very quickly and sorted out all my issues and concerns in a timely manner. Looking forward to being with an estate agents that has so far been exemplary. Particular mention to Michelle Teckchand who has been a life-saver through this move but the whole team seems incredible.

If only they was more then 5 star because they did deserve more. Very helpful since day one, nothing to worry with them, they been always available even after office time. As tenants I would highly recommend Paul Estates, Very Professional and all the help you need to rent a home and even more.

Outstanding costumer service. Every time we had something to sort out on our flat, the guys there where willing to help. Totally recommend using their agency, they have high standards and always honest and cordial. We’ve been using their services for 3 years. I would give 6 stars but I can put only 5. The previous review I believe is inaccurate, as the landlord I was happy to have new tenants but they changed their mind a few days prior to moving in, having paid a fee to secure and hold the property. Paul Estates have always provided an excellent service in comparison to the last letting agent I used, who I had to chase every month for my rent. The rent is paid direct into my account the same or next day it is due by the tenant. They complete thorough checks of all tenants and ensure their paperwork is correct prior to moving in. As a landlord I would rather wait those extra few days for a good tenant than have the first person available. Any issues with the property are dealt with immediately and I have recommended Paul Estates to a few other people who now successfully rent their properties through them. I believe they are the most honest estate agents in the area and I have used a few with nothing but problems! Thank you Paul Estates
